It does the Zelda 3D formula very well. It has drawn out sections sure, but it does the 3 dungeon, master sword, 5 / 6 more dungeons, final boss dungeon like Ocarina of Time. I played the game again a few years ago and liked it less. But I don't think that is necessarily an issue with Twilight Princess. Over-all I find myself enjoying Zelda games less and less.
