wackyteen 08/18/25 11:24:46 PM #1:	Once I found out there was no Vintage Comic Book Suit in Spider-Man 2, my interest cratered pretty hard. I bought the Spider-Man 2 themed PS5, even. But no comic book suit? No care. It's also about the only damn time I've cared about an in game cosmetic, most of the time skins or whatever are the most "I can't be assed to even be assed about not being assed" --- The name is wackyteen for a reason. I didn't care that much about DAV's style but some pre-launch gameplay UI I saw just looked fucking ugly and I was like "I can wait" and then I heard all the less than good stuff about DAV and I doubt I'll ever get around to it. This genuinely makes me not want to play the game anymore or never begin the game in the first place. I'm the same way with stupid-ass battle-passes and late players no longer being able to get certain older things that was available. Fortnite is a good example. I am one of the suckers that actually bought the game way back when it first came out and that defense co-op mode was the priority. Anyway I stopped playing. Years later when the battle royale fad kicks off n' I see fortnite getting all these actual interesting cross-overs I figured you know what, I wouldn't mind trying this game if I can actually get this one anime or cartoon character skin. Yeah, sucks you didn't play this game around XX time. No naruto skin for you. Same goes for games like gravity rush 2, or the most moronic is when fighting game characters get deslisted.
