Isn't Cyndaquil a starter in the first one? Could just transfer one over if you really want one.

That makes sense, I just remember Chikorita and Totodile being starters in Gold/Silver so was wondering why he was missing here.

I played the first Legends but remember very little about it.

Yeah Cyndaquil was already a starter in Legends Arceus. The real mystery is why they used two starters from the same generation for ZA.

3 of my favorite starters, but Totodile was my first ever starter for a reason. Mega Emboar would have to be WAY cooler looking than Mega Feraligatr to get my choice.

Also I can't tell you how disappointed I am that Mega Meganium doesn't fix the line for me, I really like Chikorita and Bayleaf.

The shitty thing about them not putting in Cyndaquil is hes the only Gen 2 starter that wont be getting a Mega form (unless the leak list has some omissions or they do DLC).

Feraligatr is my favorite Pokemon though, so guaranteed to pick Totodile as the starter no matter what.

Supposedly they're getting mega forms but it hasn't been announced. Only Victreebell, Dragonite and Hawlucha megas have been announced thus far.

I think it depends if the megas make them dual typing and what that is, Tepig is my choice right now because grass is often replaceable with something else and good water Pokmon are a dime a dozen.

Maybe Tepig, because I've chosen Chikorita and Totodile already as starters.

Meganium Swords Dance, EQ, Grass move was fun in-game. Hopefully it learns all of these in Z-A.
