Been doing pretty good. Co-worker is a personal trainer so he has been giving me a routine. Basically 4 days out of the week I can only have low calorie high water based fruits and vegetables. It was tough the first week and the second week was a little easier and the third week wasn't so bad. I didn't check my starting weight but my after week 1 weight was like 258, I dropped down to 142 by the end of week 3, the rest of the 4 days I eat whatever. Which this week I learned the hardway.... Stay the fuck away from pizza. Because I had two pizzas over the 4 days and I gained it all back.....well, technically I'm at 253 but fuck man.... Gimmick diets annoy me. Just eat what you want every day but actually make an effort to count your calories and stay around 200 below maintenance. Go for a diet that you can actually sustain. It shouldn't be gimmicky.
