Replayed this recently. Still a solid platformer. Laid a good groundwork for DKC2 to build on in the sequel.

Hmm... 10. The sequel was a better game, but this game was phenomenal and still is great fun to play. Not to mention, DK is actually playable unlike the rest of the trilogy. Almost gave the Donkey Kong franchise a great facelift.
