I'm having a difficult time deciding if the anger feels genuine or not. I would even hesitate to say that the refusal to join DTC does strike me a having been genuine.

Anyways the conversation these past hours seems to indicate we were looking at Isquen vs MZero today, why is Corrik in 2nd place? I see Isquen's vote and it's who he voted yesterday (instead of confirmed scum ctes). I suppose it's possible top 2 on day 1 were both scum. And I see JC's vote was "for posterity", but maybe let's actually draw a line in the sand and see where people stand?

He hasn't particularly played like town, but I see some elements to his past few posts that vibe with how I've felt in the past when I'm simply vanilla being accused of scum. Granted this is a result of his lackluster play for 2 days and I've never been anything other than obviously innocent, but I can see a world where he really is just pissed off that he's going to be mislynched. And if not he's made a decent performance.

But since I recognize that I simply don't have the votes to put wallz in the ground I'll have to switch at somepoint before EoD.

FD has grown on me today. That probably means one of my core assumptions is off, what a pity.

i'm expecting isquen to flip town, the lynch to not look very scummy because isquen self-immolated, and then we can make corrik claim next day

not to say i think isquen is town necessarily, i just have low expectations here

If Isquen is town I'll probably be a lot more bearish on Corrik, and by extension my fellow Ctes squad friends. Even if no one is going to stick their neck out to defend a train so radioactive all the local fish have three eyes, there's been people every content to not push their so called better options. Killing Lopen was an A+ shot aside from him being vanilla.

Yeah that's the part I wasn't ready to say out loud, lol.

Im nearly half convinced that the correct play is lynching MZero and counting on red to do what's right for maximum information gain.

It's tempting, there's just a lot that can go wrong. Scum powers, Mzero being doctor or some such. I mean I don't hate crazy gambles necessarily but unless Red shows up, I trust he's town but now that he'll just use his shot this way haha

Ah, Im here until deadline now. A lovely feeling.

I owe death a response on suggesting fd for yesterdays lynch. At the time, fd hadnt done much and I seem to recall at least one if not more people open to his lynch, so I suggested him because 1) I didnt have a good vibe yet and potential votes seemed to be there and 2) preferred his lynch to ulti or Corrik.

Today its quite opposite. Despite being wrong about me Ill be quite surprised if FD is scum and I would not want to look that direction at all.

Ironically, I now lean scum on ulti and am highly suspicious of Corrik due to his lack of wunderkind solving, mass claim demanding and worst of all, his lack of being around. How the tables have turned.

I only remember people opposed to lynching FD due to the renamed role reaction.

ALSO, while we're on the subject...interesting that Scum do NOT have renamed roles huh? I actually thought only vanillas had renamed roles back when I declared Lopen and FD town. I'd say FD's town position is strengthened more now that we know scum do not have the renamed roles.

idk when i was running a few games i had in concept phase by chris for edits he told me it was generally unfair to scum team if town has renamed roles (regardless of whether scum does, but especially if they don't)

it's kind of evening the playing field to give them some fake claims with fake vanilla renames

I didnt approve of the Corrik lynch yesterday because like it or not, barely being around is par for the course on d1. What surprises me is Corrik hasnt really come through and shown himself to be town, or shown us much of anything. I dont like it.

He asked me a few questions about me and Ulti being neighbors last night, I dont remember him doing much else other than putting a few people in his town pile with no provided reason.

also can confirm i am also renamed town power so it's either some town renamed and some not or JC is just scum

and frankly if no scum is renamed and all town are, i'm sure the scum team is real mad about that. would explain why corrik is checked out, he's someone that would have a particular annoyance at that, i would bet

I'll give Corrik more time because while he has been safe he has not said ANYTHING controversial yet. As in, he's not trying to spin the game with his agenda like he did heavily the last time he was scum. If scum he's not a threat. Every conclusion he's made so far has been stuff I'm in agreement with

Like if a bunch of people showed up and started advocating for Mzero and Corrik?
