No way, Desantis beats Biden easy.Biden beat Trump as the challenger. He's now the sitting President, and historically that matters. Also, it would take some incredible circumstance for Trump to sit quietly by without attempting to torch Desantis and the entire election. Trump has already announced his candidacy - kicking and screaming (and dragging all Republicans down with him) is the *only* way he knows how to go down.
