I do agree with this stuff. I do think gaming on the weekends is fine though. In my crazy post divorce days, I would go out both Friday and Saturday night from like 6pm to 3am, wake around 10am and game a couple hours and then maybe go for a run or something.

Sure its fine, its just if your trying to motivate someone whos not use to going out and socializing with others, then taking away the reason to stay inside will help edge him along.

From the outside looking in the answer seems obvious

• Stop playing so many video games
• Go outside more often
• Learn to socialize
• Get in better shape
• Have better career opportunities
• Become more competitive
• etc

But to many people even trying to do those things would just make them more miserable.

Some folks truly just want to be alone. Being an NPC is the life they want. To live comfortably outside society with minimal stress until the day they eventually pass on.

If thats the case, then they just have to accept that its not a relationship that they desire. Its legitimately just sex. In which case find a way to just obtain that without inconveniencing the other areas of your life sex without a lifestyle change.

Thats what Im getting at. Some folks want a girlfriend and a relationship, but dont want to change up the way they live their lives.

But if youve been living a certain lifestyle your entire life and it had never resulted in getting a girlfriend then its probably not going to suddenly change.

You cant have both. You need to choose one or the other.

Keep in mind getting a prostitute wont change your problems any.

You might not be a virgin anymore, but the rest of the issues that plague your life will still exist.

I recommend working on the root of your issues. But first you need to decide if the issues plaguing your inability to have a relationship is even something you want to fix.

If youve gone this long without losing your virginity its probably for a reason. Meaning that unless you change something up about the way you live your life then nothings going to change.

But to some people they dont want to change. To them changing their lifestyles are not worth the reward of having a relationship. Especially since maintaining said relationship will include continuing to not live your life in the manner of your acoustumed too.

Is that lifestyle change worth it to you? Thats the question that needs to be pondered and figured out first and foremost.

Wouldn't say the situation makes me happy or unhappy. Its just a part of my life, same as my job or hobbies.

Well, everyone deserves to be happy, and some people legitimately are happy just being alone by themselves. But if you do actually want to lose your virginity, get a girlfriends, get married, start a family...all that stuff starts with recognizing that it is something you want.

Most folks who die alone and unhappy, did so because they deluded themselves into thinking thats what they wanted. It's a coping mechanism, but one hats ultimately detrimental.

Couple of the questions asked about working in teams and I tend to be very vocal about waffling around and choosing an option and going with it regardless of the result. Its good to wonder about life and I think one should waffle and think forever about the world.. but not when it comes to making decisions.

I dont mind going along with a decision as long as it feels good to you. I dont mind the failure of an option I champion either. You learn to embrace your mistakes as a musician.

Why? Same here and people often tell me theyd like my life instead of being forced out. My aunt lived with her dad until she was like 45, its the main reason she could retire at 55. If the relationship you have with family is good why feel the need to waste money on moving out? Most of the world doesnt even do that.

Its a cultural thing.

For instance in the west still living with your parents as an adult, despite being financially viable, and beyond logicalits considered a social detriment.

Meaning it would be hard for you to form friendships, relationships, and benefits from the things that come from excelling in those two realms.

In laments terms its harder to get a date.

I mean yesterday some crazy dude was screaming at a Walgreens employee cuz they were out of Tide Pods. I told him to calm down and to be nice, that niceness would get him somewhere in the conversation. He then freaked out on me, and I honestly dont even know what he said. Whatever it was didnt actually matter, what mattered to me was that now I had an excuse to get into a fight where I would come out looking like the good guy

That never went anywhere. At one point he pretended to be holding a gun in his traders joes bag and I just laughed at him. The employees eventually cornered him and walked him out of the store.

But like. I do that daily. Its like the main reason I still live in San Francisco. I can just walk around and run into trouble.

I dont know what mental disorder larping around as Batman is, but whatever it is, zi got it. But the actual insults themselvesI dont think they matter. The fight isnt even spawned out of anger, is spawned out of fun and excitement.

Ive always lived by the moniker that people who talk smack do so because theyve never been punched in the face. Once your terrible behavior puts you in a position that might cause you bodily harm, then you start to adapt your behavior. Basic survival instincts.

So when I check someone, Im actually giving them a valuable life lesson. Or at least thats what a delude myself into thinking.

But yea, the drawback on my end is that Im use to acting on this stuff, so it gives me thin skin. Probably because subconsciously Im looking for a fight so Im not sure if that means Im actually easily offended, but I sure behave like I am.

Probably not directed at me but I'll answer. No job and not really striving to better myself except I did start working out in 2019 and have kept it up to this day. I exercise every day for about 10-15 minutes. Pushups, crunches, some weight lifting, and walking/jogging on our treadmill. I do help my parents around the house with chores but that's it.

Look man. If you were truly healthy and happy with your life then you wouldnt be in this topic right now.

Thats probably the only advice that I or anyone else can give you that holds any value. Introspection.

Sometimes we delude ourselves into thinking things arent problematic when they really are. Being able to recognize I dont like my life is a necessary first step into making any sort of positive change whatsoever.

I think perhaps thats what this topic will do for you.
