The more insulting thing is that, in the later versions of Virtua Fighter 5 (Final and Ultimate Showdown at least), there's a customization for Vanessa to make her skin back to the VF4 tone.

Problem is, it looks terrible, like she's coated in a bad bronze tanning agent or some crap.

UH...I do not know if you recall it much, but long ago (...) Capcom hired the western dev Ninja Theory to make a Devil May Cry game (DmC). People derided it for a variety of reasons and what not.

But while that was going on, for a time, another studio (Armature Studio, made up of people who made Metroid Prime) was also contracted with making a Mega Man game. It was to be an FPS and what you had the AI spit out looks super suspect like the version of the game that was briefly shown off before it got canned.

Out of what I played, 6 is up there.

5 probably would frustrate me if not for fact I played the game start to finish couch co-op, and overall felt it enjoyable.

6 was a mixed bag, along with some very stupid THINGS that made both my friend an I wonder just what some of the guys at Capcom were even thinking.

I cannot ever fathom how people can just lose their mind in such a way they want to cause harm to completely innocent people, let alone their own kids.

Oh thanks for that, but I can't help but roll my eyes at some of that plot point. We'll see the direction the animated series takes it though lol.

It was utterly insane and the THREE major leaders (Xavier, Magneto and Cyclops) were all for it, especially Xavier essentially going "Hey, I tried my best but people are still assholes toward mutants, so we're gonna run our own thing."
For a while it was surreal that even the hardcore villains were all for it. Yes, for a short while, Apocalypse was part of the X-Men as a result of this. He thought it was super bold as hell to pull it off.

I can imagine it's due to the high stress nature of the profession.

You either thrive in that kind of environment, or don't.

And don't get me started on what short-order cooks have to put up with.

I don't read the comic, so I don't know what you're talking about.

For the past few years, the lot of the world's mutants got their own island nation (again...), this time on the living island itself, Krakoa. Yes, the thing that was formerly an antagonist.
Oh, and due to combination of mutants powers and the island itself, made (almost) everyone virtually immortal. Can't be killed permanently cuz said mutants would resurrect on the island.
Even revived a lot of other past mutant characters who died through the years.

Yeah, for a whole minute all of mutantkind in the comics were legit powerhouses (and a bit of a replacement of the Inhumans, too) and untouchable.

That crazy thing of a woman is just grifting off of Agent Orange.

I bet when he goes down in flames, she's going to pretend to have never once supported anything he did.

Not sure if Trump believed it. It seems like some strategist told him that he can't publicly support a nationwide ban if he wants to win the election. In his statement he pretty much said he supports leaving up to the states so that Republicans can win, not for any ideological reason.

Cuz they're starting to realize the abortion debate is still killing em.
And the Dems haven't went super-hard in on it yet nationwide.

Yeah, there were a number of anti-Orange GOP during the 2016 election year, but when the Orange was about to (and won), the lot of them got in line to suck on the Cheeto.

The fact my uncle actually asked both of em where the money goes and they just gave vague answers ("whoever department and families need it") was all sorts of dumb red flags.
ESPECIALLY the police one, as they tried to pose as doing it for a local department until the caller was pressed "Which local department" without giving a town name.

Showing my age here, but I remember when a guest on Geraldo threw a chair, and people were genuinely upset over this, as it was a big deal. Hell, Senate subcommittees may have met about it. It was an honest to goodness controversy.

A big fight broke out on the set, a chair was thrown, Geraldo got his nose broken from it...
