It's time to face the reality that Trump is a truly lucky SOB who was born into, and continuously fails further up, a class that is meticulously designed to allow people like him to skirt severe consequences and continue to live a cushy life.

The most we can hope for is a few rioters getting hard prison time and a few white collar fall guys getting minimum security jail time. At best we see RNC funding funneled into paying legal fees, which could screw things up for down ballot races for a couple of years.
Don't expect any more than that and you won't be disappointed.

If nothing else I'm not expecting Trump to get anything worse than house arrest assuming he's convicted at all.

That's not necessarily the case with most bodies. The reason Goku was a special circumstance is because so much of his power in the first half of Z came from the Kaioken. Without it, he was strong, but not ridiculous.

Without knowing how to do Kaioken, Goku's body wasn't all that special.

He could still only hit 23,000 with it, which is lower than Goku's base of 90,000.
Of course the real reason is that the story would've ended there if he could use that power right from the beginning.

To clarify I didn't say the Dems were as bad as Repubs in that regard. They never are, and of course, as you said the huge leaps "forward" were all made by Republican presidents. But I stand by what I said that the rich being unaccountable and having too much influence over policy is a bipartisan value. One of few. It's not going to go away no matter how much the Republican party disintegrates. That's why the theory is that if the GOP ever disappears, the Democrats would split into the establishment and progressive.

It absolutely is dead. You will always have outliers, but for the most part, most Americans are an emergency expense away from utter financial disaster.

I recall its something like 35-40% but thats a rough recollection. Still way too fucking high for one of the richest countries in the world.

Just noting that they do have a guide writing staff, let's say around 25 people.

That's still two full guides a week. Every week.

For comparison, I'm on Week Eight of my Infinite Wealth guide, writing about four hours a day.

If my livelihood hinged on making two full guides a week, my writing quality would be the first thing to go, followed by my love of writing.

I used to have a love of writing. Then I had one too many cases of staring at a blank page unable to start even the first word before I realized it wasnt for me and packed it in.

To have a comfortable life you need education, education has been completely defunct in this country for a long time now ,Colleges costs have skyrocketed yet the knowledge the bestow isn't worth the costs, but that's okay because it's been a long open secret that you do not go to college to learn how to do things competently you go there to network and socialize with enough people that you're able to use your contacts to get a great position at some already big company right after graduation and in turn yourself can now grant that to other people willing to do anything, legal, non legal, financially, sexually, to entice you to vouch for them all while accumulating more wealth and power for yourself and your connections.

Or just be born rich. I dont know why more people dont do that.
