I think some people would consider it bad, but even then I dont think its a bad movie in the way something like The Room is where the enjoyment I get out of it is ironic.

Con Air just kicks ass. Sure some stuff about it is goofy, but I think I mostly enjoy it in the way the creators intended.

I run a deck thats conceptually similar, but like 2/3 of the cards are different

agent 13, collector, coulson, and Devil Dino are the same

then I have Mantis, Cable, White Queen, and Sentinel for more card generation + Quinjet to reduce the generated cards cost

and then the other three slots are wildcard utility picks. I mostly use Scarlet Witch, Green Goblin, and Polaris lately, and I sub stuff in based on the hot location

I tried Fury out when I first got him, but i think White Queen stealing your opponents most expensive card tends to work out better than three random 6 drops + my hand is often too full to fit three more cards

Im not inherently against the idea Adult Swim successfully adapted old cartoons into basically unrelated, mature comedies, so its not like this had to be bad.

phantom menance, for as bad it is as an actual movie, introduced a bunch of stuff that was fun or cool to the franchise, so I think it gets some good will from people just liking Darth Maul or pod racing or whatever

i havent seen IX, but the impression I get is that it has neither fun nor cool things. So I expect youre right that no ones going to develop any sort of hindsight fondness for IX.

How is everyone feeling about Aero lately? She used to be a 5/6 and saw 0 play but I think that was before a lot of people realized her synergy with ramp decks and Wave. Do you think she'd still see play if they lowered her back to 6 power? It's such a powerful effect to move your opponent's cards IDK why her power is basically vanilla.

yeah, I think Aeros power is valued as if the ability was a downside. Polaris and Magneto are basically the same way. Magneto is as strong as Hulk, Polaris is even stronger than Ctclops
