balloons are often used to huff nitrous. they keep saying he's "under the influence", but helium doesn't get you high.

a guy i work with used to be like this. he would order regular Coke every day at lunch and he'd go through like 2-3 of those giant restaurant sized glasses (20-24oz) before getting his food. he averaged like 5 glasses of Coke every day at lunch. he admitted he was somewhat addicted to the sugar and caffeine rush.

I made Giant_Aspirins rice and beans recipe for lunch today. It was pretty good. Adding this four pepper salsa from Aldi put it over the top.
