The embaressing part is drinking about my limit as a teen/ in my early 20ies, but I never did something really stupid.

And you can count the number of times I really overdid it on one hand, and the worst that happend was talking stupid shit, throw up, and pass out at a friends place.

Honestly, I think Baldurs Gate 3 is overrated.

It's definitly the best looking RPG ever so far, but I don't see why the gameplay or story should put it leagues above what we have seen in other.

People always say they don't care about graphics that much, and not about marketing at all, but the hype is crazy.

We got great RPGs over the years, all ignored by those who now praise BG3 beyond and above all.

I just hope that thanks to that the genre gets some more attention, but at this point, I doubt it.

As soon as the dialogs wont zoom in into your nice looking HD characters, it's automatically going to be "a step back from BG3".

Okay, for a round between the best of 16, this is pretty weak compared to the stuff we had before.

Don't think so.

1) Her account was closed again, before it got deleted.

2) Closed accounts are not automatically deleted at all. After 7 days they are supposed to stay closed. Deleting a closed account is a seperate step the user has to take.

Probably a loophole in this "deleted everything as requested by user" process.

Doesn't matter if it was done automatically or done by hand by an admin, but it seems that some protection time for the username wasn't set.

Just a reminder that speed traps arent to reduce speeding, theyre for revenue raising. If they wanted you to slow down theyd make them visible instead of hiding them.

Mix of both does the trick.

Make them fucking visible around places were childs are around, so that people don't even dare to speed up at these places.

And hide some others somewhere else, so people don't speed up as soon as no camera is in sight.

How is a simple thought experiment automatically a bad faith question?

The scenario is simple.

Some guy does real miracles we can't explain, and claims he got the power from god and goes on preaching.

How do you deal with this? Do you believe in him and his god, do you believe his supernatural power but not his god, or do you suspect some secret alien hightech following the normal laws of nature but just out of our current understanding.

Maybe you can find another way out of that, but "there were enough scammers already" ignores the whole question.

The prophet is a Christian prophet, but not Jesus Christ in this scenario. The Prophet exclaims that Jesus/God will come at the end of the world, and the world isn't ending yet, along with other reasons. His miracles are real, and well documented in this scenario. It is also clear that they are, indeed, miracles.

Maybe, depends on the prophet.

I mean, the guy is either a prophet with powers granted by god, or just some wizard who happens to be a religious nut.

If he looks mostly sane and not like a crazy church fanatic, I probably would believe it, otherwise I would probably accept his supernatural miracle power, but not his claim that it is a literal blessing of a truly existing god.

It's not that bad, we know that the US states are very different.

We know about the dems and the reps, or most of the westcoast and eastcoast vs. Texas and Florida stuff.

It's more complicated when it's about other states.

I mean, I agree with the better art for most of the time, but better story?

Half of the manhwas feel like they try to flex with the art style because they have no idea how to fill bubbles with a text that makes sense, and the other half feels like the 100th copy paste of another.

The rounding error are the few that are decent.

A lot of Anime and Manga are already bad in that regard too, but it's disappointing how many times I fall for some abyssal Manwha just because I got blinded by the art just because it's colorful.

CE is SUSPENDED!

Some days CE is overusing some pretty bad joke topics, like, today all these "You are now a <x>keeper" topics.

I'm all for stupid jokes, but when there are 5 topics made by 5 people, I don't know why someone wants to create a 6th topic on top of them.

I feel this is a problem with every RPG I've ever played

The problem in FF XVI is that you are talking for 15 minutes in total, running for another 15 minutes in total, only to find the quest item in an area you are already familiar with, and you have to fight 3 minutes against some enemy you are already familiar with.

That's the problem.

If the quest would sent you in some cave or whatever it would be fine, but "that forrest clearing you just passed an hour ago during the main story" is just... ughg.

It's still a great game.
