The only intelligent comments I've heard about this basically indicate that Russia/Assad are more willing to bomb the shit out of cities in order to win, basically that they are far more willing to accept a large amount of collateral damage. That being said, at this point I wish the "Free Syrian Army" would just give up. They aren't going to win, and every day they keep on resisting keeps racking up the civilian body count. It's not like they are a bunch of democratic idealists like the Founding Fathers or something. It's not worth it.

That's just one example. I'm really referring to people here, not governments or regimes.

it IS meant as comedy. but it always bugged me cause she way over reacts against an innocent man. it's supposed to be funny but when you think about it, it's disturbing.

Tons of funny things are actually horrible. Take a cheesy slasher, you can laugh at a gruesome death. In reality, it wouldn't be funny, at all. You get outraged over the strangest things.

Just to play devils advocate a bit. I have a nut allergy and have dealt with this my whole life in varying situations. From kids in elementary school throwing peanuts at me to my college roommate getting hammered and "pranking" me by crushing a peanut into my coffee.

Kids generally know that dropping a fucking weight onto someones head or shooting someone in the face is dangerous. But not that allergies can be life threatening. That's why this is bad.

Just my two cents.

Statistical variances are not necessarily a result of discrimination. This is a case of people directly discriminating against people based on their skin color and their gender, and they're doing it in the name of being against racism and sexism.
