The potential exists to have players battle for gym leader positions, but given how counter-centric Pokemon is and the fact that a current leader's team would be pretty publicly-available information, that idea really wouldn't pan out because of how easy it would be to dethrone somebody. |

The ultimate goal is for you to learn to cook, and cooking a few terrible dishes is an inevitable part of that process. I doubt you could find a chef in the world that has never burned grilled cheese. Even if your first attempt at dinner fails, don't think of that as any sort of broader failure outside of that specific meal. Learn from it and move forward. Cooking well is another story, and relies on intuition that is built up over years of experience and that not everyone will ever actually develop, but a recipe is simply a sequence of instructions, functionally no different from those programs you're writing. Go find yourself a cooking glossary to help you understand recipes better (there's a lot of jargon in cooking), then look in your parents' fridge/pantry to see what you've got to work with. Specifically, you're looking for focal proteins (typically meat, but beans are another viable option in some cases), starches (potatoes, pasta, rice, that sort of thing), and any veggies that can go on the side. Let me know what's in there (either here or by PM), and I'll help you find a simple recipe you can try so you can serve your family dinner in the next couple days. Will it be perfect? No. Will it even be good? Maybe, maybe not. That depends just how inept you are (I'm guessing you aren't quite at the "burn the house down by trying to boil water" level). But whatever you screw up, you can learn from and fix next time. Worst case scenario, it's inedible and you order a pizza and hope next time goes better. Whatever the outcome, let me know how it goes, and I can help you improve. Basic cooking isn't hard to learn; you can start working on that immediately without having to make any lifestyle changes or difficult choices. You're just going to have to swallow your pride and accept that you're going to make a few mistakes along the way. I have complete faith that you can do it if you actually try, though. |

Probably donate a large chunk to some cause or other every now and again when those returns really pile up, since there's little sense in hoarding that kind of wealth indefinitely. |

If you can't afford to pay your workers enough to survive without sacrificing their physical or mental health, then you can't afford to run a business and should try something you suck less at. |

It'd make a whole lot more sense to allow drinking at younger ages (such as 16) with parental supervision (or supervision by a parentally-appointed proxy). Minors are going to drink no matter what the law is, so you might as well get them drinking in a controlled environment rather than having them hide away somewhere with only their peers to guide them. That's a much healthier way to learn about alcohol, even if you keep the current drinking age as the minimum for solo drinking. |

I find that hard to believe, unless it's in USPS workers' contracts that they aren't actually responsible for getting the mail to its intended recipient. There's no way there isn't going to be some monetary cost associated with this move. Even if they did dispatch somebody to check the packages immediately and they confirmed that none were missing, that's still a cost, and he certainly endangered the property. That said, any monetary action would probably be a civil matter rather than a criminal one, so I guess there might not need to be charges laid or any further police action. *Shrug* |
