Yes. Just there to keep Athena and Blackquill as characters for future games. Given the events of the full game's ending, Athena will probably get more focus (which is fine). Since the game actually moves via age (Phoenix is around 35-40 or so), what happens to the series when he ages out?

Radiant Historia please. Very slick, easy to follow, and unique combat style. The main character isn't a typical JRPG whiny boy (for a nice change), and the 3DS remaster brought cool side missions and voice acting to the total package that was already a really good original.

Is 7 Seeds any good? I was only able to get through a couple episodes thus far, but it has a unique spin on the "deserted island survival" trope, due to the grouped characters.

Violet Evergarden and Tiger and Bunny are ones to watch too. I will keep this show in mind. Watanabe being involved has me intrigued.

As for Netflix anime NO ONE should EVER watch...Anohana. Didn't know anything about it, but it turned into a dumpster fire of poo.

Forced optional quests getting in the way of main plotlines (HEY LET"S TAKE A BREAK TO FIND TREASURE DERP)
Great characters and voice acting
Great visual design and music
Interesting hack and slash combat+secondary battle types (original just had bad hack and slash)

I would definitely get it.

Lia Sargent wasn't in that much stuff, but I definitely agree with above. She played Shion's "moody, overworked, agressive" science geek well, even if Ep. 3 threw all her effort into a dump with that plot twist and ending.

Whoever played her in Ep. 2 (someone from Blood+ I think) couldn't even compare. Then again, Ep. 2 as a whole..oof.

Jamieson Price (Sojiro, Father, Ovan, etc.) That guy's voice is just insane. The right blend of gravitas and intimidation.

Mary Elizabeth McGlynn, Steve Blum, Liam O'Brien, and Laura Bailey are close behind in a "Top 5" of sorts. So many other good actors out there to name though.

When did I say I didn't judge him for it? I said the other issue is way worse. Is it still shit? Yes, but people fall out of relationships for lots of reasons. I don't ascribe to any "sanctity" or "one true love" situation, because I know love and relationships are complicated.

If they don't like each other, they don't like each other anymore. It's understandable and relateable, where the Chai/Charlie thing is definitely not.

My dad actually asked me about this today, because I was a big fan of ProJared and showed my family the LttP randos way back...oof.

Anyway, Jared comes across as a creep in many ways for this. But disproving the major issue (the two underage users) was the pressing problem. While I don't like the, "they were just using me and manipulating me for attention whoring" line of thinking, disproving them is enough to avoid serious legal trouble and win back some people. Cheating on Heidi, if that did occur, was never a problem for me. That's their fucking business. It only affects them and people around them, but has no legal backlash associated to it.

Social media is a huge cesspool, and it sucks that people like Jared got caught up in it. I'm kinda torn on this, because he still gets stained by this problem. However, I did keep watching Nostalgia Critic after that fuck up and still enjoy it. I may eventually watch or subscribe to Jared again. I enjoyed watching his content for quite some time.

It's a shit situation all around.

Being a Switch exclusive would prevent it from becoming as massively bloated as the FF7 Remake is becoming.

Keep the overworld, revamp the battle system a tad but not too much, fill out the Disc 2 content, redo the cutscenes/voice acting (for the English dub, just cast the LA anime crew, Johnny Yong Bosch as Fei, Cristina Vee as Elly, etc.), get the graphics up to Xenoblade 2 standards or a bit better.

I could definitely see it getting similar review scores to the RE2 Remake.

Get rid of random encounters like every future Xeno game did, and you have my attention. That alone would take a frustrating game experience and turn it into tolerable (and maybe even) fun.

I don't understand the hate for X's voice acting and direction. The meme ALWAYS goes back to Tidus's laugh, which almost no one understands the context for. Yuna being shit most game is almost redeemed right around Gagazet and Zanarkand. She has some pretty good speeches, where Burress shakes previously wooden dialogue for a bit more flair. Jecht and Auron's actors are really good, as is Seymour's. Maybe it's because I have a fondness for the actors themselves, since I know they are in a lot more stuff that doesn't get as much notoriety as this.

X is definitely a tier above some stuff that was coming out in the PS1 era (SOTN is campy bad as fuck but everyone glosses over it somehow). I would say Xenosaga, for all its faults, had way better voice acting for something from the same year. It's littered with anime voice actors though, so I'm being biased as hell.

X's worst moments aren't as bad as people are lead to believe though, and I like defending it. I think DiMaggio said they were given absolutely shit to work with, but if that's the case, they made the most of a bad situation.

Definitely the Trails series and (for the most part) all Dragon Quest releases from the original version of VIII on, assuming in the latter case that you're not a hardcore purist who hates the more humorous direction the translation team has taken with the original, straightforward Japanese text. I'm sure there's more, but I'm not at all in touch with most JRPG series and their fanbases.

I sure hope you're talking official releases. I'm currently watching some streams of some janky ass Ao and Zero no Kiseki stuff that is pretty awful.

Twitch and other social media platforms are not sustainable business. At least whatever fucking money he's making. I caution streamers all the time that any income made is off the back of everyone else. It is eventually a diminishing return on investment if you're seeking it for profit.

I don't know the sponsorship deals someone like Ninja makes, but he is better off saving that shit now while he has marketability.

For those curious, Twitch takes half the revenue from bits and subs. Even if he's getting an obscene amount relative to everyone else, that is a harsh split (add in tax). I've heard Partners at least (I'm Affiliate myself), can negotiate for more, which I assume may have tried.

So he probably had a huge incentive to do so. Mixer is Microsoft based, so that would alienate some viewers and Fortnite players on other platforms. He had to take that into account. Outside of GTA Online, Fortnite STILL gets the most views
