Its kinda fucked that Apple charged in random bundles, and didnt send receipts.

Should Apple refund her?

Six-year-old George Johnson secretly racked up more than $16,000 in Apple app-store charges for his favorite video game, Sonic Forces leaving his mom in shock.

Over the month of July, George bought add-on boosters starting with $1.99 red rings and moving up to $99.99 gold rings that allowed him to access new characters and more speed, spending hundreds of bucks at a time.

When Jessica discovered Apple and PayPal were withdrawing hefty sums $562 here, $601 there from her Chase account, she assumed it was a mistake or fraud and called the bank, confused by the unitemized charges.

The way the charges get bundled made it almost impossible [to figure out that] they were from a game, she said.

Still clueless that it was Georges doing, Jessica filed a fraud claim in July when her bill reached $16,293.10 but it wasnt until October that she was told by Chase that the charges were indeed hers and she needed to contact Apple.

She realized it was George only when she reached out to Apple and was walked through a buried running list of all the charges. You wouldnt know how to [find] it without someone directing you, Jessica said. When she saw the Sonic icon, she knew it was George.

[Apple] said, Tough. They told me that, because I didnt call within 60 days of the charges, that they cant do anything, said Jessica. The reason I didnt call within 60 days is because Chase told me it was likely fraud that PayPal and Apple.com are top fraud charges.

Jessica got no sympathy from a customer-service agent, even after confessing that she wouldnt be able to pay her familys mortgage. Theyre like, Theres a setting, you should have known, she recalled.

Impact drill is very handy when you want to put a screw in a stud. A common home use would be if you're trying to stabilize your tall bookshelf (so it doesn't fall) or wall mount your TV.

The ending isn't boring, it's headache inducing.
Eh... one team goes backwards telling the other team what happened. Twilight guy sees the protagonist fall for the trap, so he reverses himself to try to stop them. Fails, so he drives on over to pull them out via their truck. But then sees that he should go back one last time, where he ends up getting shot in the head to unlock the door for the protagonist.

And that little boy at the end? Hes the twilight guy when he was a little boy. /fake_surprise_face

But that whole end sequence wasnt interesting at all, because nothing felt like it was at any real stakes, and the good guys running backwards and shit was kinda distracting (seriously, it looks silly). Furthermore, except for that one bad guy that kept trying to put the key or whatever that is in the ground, you dont see ANY bad guys. Who the hell is this good army fighting?

Well thats typical of most Nolan films; you dont care about the people, but rather you care about the world. Hell, the main character doesnt even have a name; he literally refers to himself as the protagonist.

I like the idea presented and the mindfuck in the middle with the temporal pincer, but it never gets explored too much.

The mindfuck in the middle was great. But the path to get there was a borefest...

Then the ending sequence was also pretty boring. Just felt like mindless groups of people running forwards and another group of people running backwards in the background. Like it tries to look intensive and immersive, but I didnt get that feeling. I felt it looked sort of silly, and it didnt really make much sense to me since you dont see ANY bad guys.

Perhaps this is best to discuss with your real estate lawyer. I wouldnt talk to your real estate agent about it, until after you speak with your lawyer.

I think the best way is to use the mortgage contingency to your advantage. If that doesnt work, then youd just have to cancel out of the sale. You might want to settle with the sellers as well, so they dont sue you over the sale (which they can, but probably wont win because you did, in your earnest, try to buy the house).

Well pretty much the deal is I put in an offer on a place and when an inspector came to look at my place and my foundation is fucked. So I dont have the money for two mortgages.
Usually if youre buying and selling a house at the same time, you would have a contingency on the house youre buying which states that you wont buy it unless you successfully sell your current house. If you didnt have that contingency, then you cant back out.

The fact that you have to repair your current house to sell it might not be enough for your lender to cancel the loan on the new house (thereby allowing you to use the mortgage contingency)...

Actually if its because of your financial situation, contact the bank youre getting a loan from. If they retract the loan, then you can get out of it without paying much of the fees you would pay, since most home purchase contracts have your ability to secure a loan being a condition of the sale.

So if the bank denies you, you can get your earnest money back. Only fees you would have to pay is for services already rendered.
