I do too man, I knew the general color I wanted and that one popped out. It was a lot cheaper than the one they had on their website, so it made it even better. Super good mood now just gotta wait 2-3 weeks for them to get it in.... THANKS covid.

I know that was a huge issue last summer when we had a contract to reno all the apartments in a huge building anytime a longtime tenant left.

Not that it really hurt them any but the property management guys had to soak a lot of months rent due to the wait on flooring. People were lining up to get in with a serious shortage of housing... but there was no flooring so they just stayed empty even when all the other parts of the reno were done.

Not that we actually did the flooring, but we often picked it up for the floorers.

A few they just said fuck it keep the ancient gross carpet (one had green shag that had to be 50 years old) so they had all new closets, cabinets, interior doors, fittings, trim, etc.... and then the old nasty ass carpet.

I have a soft spot for movies that are about people and events I know nothing about and have very little interest, yet they successfully pull me in and make me care about whats happening.

It's a great movie but it was not nearly as accurate a take on the real history as a lot of people think it was.

They definitely took some significant liberties with it. But who cares really... still good.

It can be. What's dangerous is how little of it can be fatal. You could get some on your clothing and accidently breathe it in doing something like taking off your shirt or rubbing your sleeve on your nose.

Skin can't really absorb enough to cause an od. I mean if you're rolling in it or going elbow deep in a big bucket of it then sure, probly, but generally speaking touching it is not going to kill you.

Without fentanyl id have been in a far worse level as hell when my diverticulitis almost killed me and then all over again following surgery.

When i first started smoking shatter / distillate it was relatively unknown and it blew my mind being able to hit it anywhere without concern.

A buddy of mine who worked the rigs would take his pen out to Alberta and vape in his room (where drugs are highly prohibited even now when its legal) and he discovered even the dogs they did occasionally checks with didn't pick up on it.

That may have changed though... maybe they just hadn't been trained to detect it at that point.

I've heard dip is actually way harder to quit after a while, which scares me enough to not want any part of it.

All around the world there are for more examples of things not being how they should be than the opposite.

In NZs two tier health system the people who can't afford to pay shouldn't get shit care relative to those who can... but they do.

In a majority of countries mental health and drug addiction services shouldn't be pathetically underfunded and mismanaged, but they are.

Tens of millions of canadian tax payer dollars every year shouldn't go to pensions for mlas and mps who only served 4 years but it is.

There is so much that is fucked up I have no idea why you'd think the government would somehow get it together for housing. Imo that issue would come after a dozen other bigger issues that will very possibly not be addressed in our life times.

Again - expecting the government to execute housing that well is no more realistic than expecting all landlords to become saints.

Not too mention constant policy changes to housing rules and regulations and pricing every single time the government flips left to right or vice versa.

The US can't even get Healthcare to a point where the average person can get seriously ill or hurt without being financially destroyed for life... you think they're gonna figure out affordable government run housing?

The way vape delivers nicotine to you is different than the way a smoke does. My understanding is a smoke is a big instant nicotine hit while vape is a slower process delivering it

It definitely does not give you the same effect for sure. The one I'm trying now is 18mg nicotine and until I got super nauseous i got nothing out of it.

Also have one with 12mg, one with 6mg, one with 3, and a couple with 0.

God I mentioned to a friend that ive been having hard-core nicotine cravings again and he gave me an old cheapo vape (the lame nicotine kind) and a buncha half empty juice flavors he didn't like....

The reason for the housing crisis and the current degree of financial inequality is, to a large extent, the fact that governments around the world have not giving the slightest of fucks or made real effort to stop it.

You might as well just say, "hey let's just make all landlords perfect and empathetic and kind and generous, problem solved!"
