I've heard a lotta good about NEO but I also heard the new characters kinda lose the spotlight to veteran characters after a while so their development isn't all there. It sounds like the game tries to balance the line between new game for newbies and sequel for old heads and maybe doesn't quite do enough for bothtbh I really liked the new characters, since the old characters don't intrude much until near the end (and even then it's the new ones that are at the forefront). I say NEO is an amazing game and a great sequel to OG, it's just the AND stuff that I feel didn't land too well.
