Tough game to rate. On its own merits, its an Ace Attorney game so its still quite good. Enjoyable dialogue, clever murders, and great art and animations.

On a case level, almost every case has something really wrong with it. The game has multiple lowest lows in the series. At the time of playing it, it felt like several gut punches. With hindsight, its not as bad but its still not amazing. Its easier to appreciate some of the more subtle aspects. But then I see plot panties, massive logical plot issues, and the entirety of the flashback case and I cant really rate it higher.

I changed today's prompt to be Live-Action TV Villains because TV Villains was just way too broad.

It was pretty fun tallying this. It was clear what the Rushmore would be, but not necessarily the order. I was surprised Persona got the top billing: I thought it would be the last since it was competing with two other popular RPGs. I never saw it coming.

Incredibly fun game and the story, while absurd, is certainly memorable and had some high highs.

Ive been playing it as a randomizer lately and it really showcases all the combat intricacies that I failed to notice my first playthrough.

Would technically animated shows that have virtually no intro or the intro is too short to skip count? In the sense that there is no reason to skip because you'd get right to the episode within seconds, anyway.

I would count it, but as others said, I interpret it more about the quality of the intro itself.

Solid album. I read a lot about the 1960s in the US and Light My Fire comes up all the time. Its certainly good but the albums strength and focus is clearly on more short songs. The End also feels like the more jam session that songs of this era would eventually morph to too. While a few songs were forgettable, it was solid all the way through.

Nephenee getting stronger the closer she is to death just makes sense with Wrath.

The PS2/Wii era was really the last before things like auto saving, checkpoints, and health regeneration became plentiful.

This pinpoints exactly why I feel PS2/Gamecube/Xbox era feels retro, but PS3/Wii/360 era doesn't. Memory cards, manual saving, almost entirely offline, no DLC, no achievements, etc. Even the games feels different. I remember playing Yakuza and being kinda stunned that it feels like "a PS2 game" despite being made recently.
