This is an album I can vibe to. The songs kinda bled from one point to another before I really gave it a listen. Honestly, most of them have a distinct feel to them, which is pretty neat. I wasn't really expecting that after the first listen.

It took me some time to really warm up to this album. It took even longer for me to differentiate the songs. Overall, an enjoyable listen but I really got to be in the right mood to enjoy it.

The racism backstory to Jill is fine, but I also like that the Camus of POR is also her father and that she can be recruited against you. That's real good.

Really great entries and write-ups.

Chun-Li is not a very innovative choice, but shes probably a top 5 VG design for me on an objective basis. Fighting game characters in general are just really neat to analyze since design is usually the main way we can glean their character. Chun-Li is both an icon for women and for Chinese/East Asian at a time where both were really novel for games. There are so many people I know that know and like Chun-Li, even those who dont even know Street Fighter.

The sex appeal angle is interesting too. Its there and it spawned a fetish in its own right, but its not necessarily obvious. It gets downplayed a few times like the Alpha series giving her pantsthough, that seems to actually backfire based on how much attention her similar Fortnite attire gets.

I didn't realized horned characters were contentious! Satan and Satan-like figures were on my mind, but I didn't even consider how many characters associated with horns only had them on their clothes. Or if tusks counted or not. Or if broken horns counted and, if they did, should they still show up.

Regardless, Diablo and Satan go head-to-head. I suppose that's only fitting.

Really fascinating topic. Lots of discussion and contention on who should be on the Rushmore and an impressive 4-way race for the 3rd and 4th spot. There was a clear contrast between the people that followed basketball closely and those that follow it more casually. Just like a game, it went back-and-forth until the buzzer with Kobe taking it at the end.
