Newsom is ambitious and he's been in leadership for a while. Personally, I don't think he's truly against trans rights. Especially being in San Francisco serving along Harris when she was in state politics. Unfortunately, Republicans found the golden goose with tying trans rights and sports. That's a fight Democrats will lose on since we all know how sacred sports are in the USA. As horrible as it is, better to get that his stance (whether he believes it) on that out of the way first before the next few years. |

I'd recommend to keep trying as Chromatics won't get any easier despite the party getting stronger. When you get to a tournament section of the story, PICK MAELLE to compete. You'll be tempted not to since she doesn't have a healing skill, but the reward is one of her best weapons in the game. If you don't do this,to get that weapon you have to win one of the hardest fights in the game. |

The rewards are usually worth it. They all have slight variances in how they attack compared to their normal counterparts. The first one is definitely a skill check on dodging as it only has 2 attacks. Prioritize dodging rather than parrying until you consistently see "Perfect Dodge". |
