What place is charging $600 a month for a three bedroom?? That legit does not make sense. I rent out a house. My landlord has like 5 properties. This house is worth barely $100k so hes not losing much money nor is he greedy. He has people who work for him with his side construction job that handle repairs for us. It should be fine to have reasonable conversations about a character or person's outfit so long as it's not objectifying, sexualizing, or disruptive. This is the issue with some of the mods here. They align so strongly with whatever new rules come about even if theyre completely ambiguous. They regurgitate whatever they thinks sounds right without any thought or context to what it can be interpreted as. They ignore knowing fully well that not all the mods understand what that rule even means and will go on a power trip anytime anything with a photo is posted. TLDR, stop drinking the kool aid. Good notes on a marked message make a huge difference for sure. I can't tell you how many times I'll see a message marked for trolling where the message itself doesn't seem to be particularly bad, and since the mark doesn't give me context I have no choice but to leave it alone. Right I understand. Ill put more effort into marking those posts in the future. I think a lot of us that arent alts on that board gave up and expect a mod to see the post and take care of it themselves lol. That or when a post does get modded that the account would get the hammer for their posting history. If you see something as trolling there but not enough context is given that can be expected if you dont recognize the account as one of the problematic posters there if youre not regularly on the board. --- Sig |

To me it seems the DBG board's issue is that people simply aren't marking the messages there. Despite being such a high traffic board I almost never see marked messages from it in the queue. We can't realistically patrol the boards for violations, folks gotta mark stuff. I dont mean any disrespect, but I usually mark those posts and I dont always put a lot of details into it. Is it possible when looking at the queue another mod could have already answered it and chose to ignore it? Do the details make a bigger difference when marking a post? It does become discouraging to always mark posts there if they dont typically get modded. Heres a good example of that board having a problematic alt account running on the board with bad faith troll topics- Top 10 most embarrassing/humiliating Vegeta moments Tien in Moro arc is much stronger than SSJ Goku from Boo arc Like how is that still up lol --- Sig |
