Level cap doesn't mean anything for Eureka. It's unlocked at 70, you are level synced down to 70 when you do it, and it has a completely separate leveling mechanic that you start at level 1 with.

I'd recommend that if you have any intention of ever doing it, at least do your weekly Eureka Challenge Log to get started on the leveling process.

I'm sure Orbonne was easier a month or so after it was relevant. New waves of new players when 5.0 launched made it struggle worthy again, even more so that vets weren't likely queuing for it.

Nier will be the same way in a few months when the second or third raid comes out and new players have to do part 1 again

PotD is faster is some cases, Squadron is faster in others.

For example, I will do Squadron from 41 to 44, maybe even 47, because of how quick Stone Vigil is. Doing just a first room full clear of AV is also massive amounts of exp in a short time.

Yeah, if they don't require HQ, just do synthesis and get through it.

You can try to HQ it, but certain items don't actually HQ even with Max quality. It's good practice though if you need to get used to rotations and adjustments.

I'm too busy making MILLIONS in gathering lol. I started early though, when materials were like 10k a piece for cobalts and logs and what not.

They've already dropped to half that, and by the end of the week will probably be under 1k each I bet.

Personally, I just desynth everything I get out of dungeons and sell the materials I get. That and passive income, plus the random windfall drop from retainers or dungeons, keeps the income rolling in.

The big tip to making money is just not frivolously keep spending it. Find ways to cut corners, like Aertheryte Discounts (and smart teleporting), dark matter for your repairs, and world hopping when buying off the market board (or knowing where to buy things instead of the market board).

Because they are crafted, and the materials aren't cheap. But once you get more play time in, throwing 100k+ away on an item you want becomes easier to say yes to.

I don't go out of my way to earn gil, and I still easily make over 500k a week. I even spent millions on a medium personal home, Leve items, and glamours, and gave 3 million gil to a friend.

I got BLM to 80 solely for the Amaro. I've deleted the set and desynthed it's gear. Playing on a controller, I found it hard to find fluidity in the rotation. I also hated the lack of mobility and long cast times. Nothing was more frustrating being 1.5s into a cast and then having to move, or the target died. I was also not a fan of having to maintain 15 second buffs, which is also the reason I'm not a MNK fan.

I put in my time lol. I was the ultimate flex during Heavensward. PLD, AST, DRG, SMN all max geared.

I burnt out though. I might play again since the only games I can think of for the rest of the year that for sure have my interest are Code Vein and Death Stranding.
