It seems like its others who REALLY care that I get this shot or whatever...so that's fine...swing by and don't take up more than 5 minutes I guess...or don't and just complain that not everyone has got the shot...I guess whatever floats ones boat.

Physically waiting in a real line should just be something those putzes who still order their food like the internet doesn't exist have to do.

...but then when you get there to grab your online order you still have to wait in the normal line behind the regular ordering people first...

What is the point even?

They could probably just do away with college and replace it with classes on "people skills" for 99% of the jobs out there that claim they want them.

I mean, promotions and all the best perks... Even getting hired to begin with really... All come down to mostly being a people pleaser from what I've seen in the corporate world. Not something anyone should be racking up five or six digit debt for to be sure.

I think I should take some of my work or leftover tasks from my day at my job and email them to her, asking her to do them for me in exchange...fairs fair after all

I mean...even if you get to ride it eventually...you will have waited 60 minutes in a line for like 5 minutes of being tossed around a bit in a seat.

It only takes a little bit of math to see...amusement parks are NOT worth it if you go when there's even a regular sized crowd there... At best you might be able to break even in having fun in the early hours of the parks if you're super lucky and run to every ride before the lines start.

I mean...you'll still have to drive there super early...pay high ticket prices...possibly stand in the heat ect...and there's still the overly loud music they all play because apparently they hate people thinking any thoughts in their heads at all...

...You know what...scratch that...even if NOBODY else is there an amusement park doesn't ever produce a net value of "fun". I wish Covid had just killed these parks off...but sadly they are still around.

Vin diesel was also politicking the same way... And Rock probably was too new to object at the time of fast five. I remember the finish was mostly in favor of Dom but wasn't a completely sure thing that'd he'd have won... And the characters have debated it since.

Either way... It wouldn't play out like that again nowadays. Dwayne Johnson would definitely not agree to losing an on screen fight with Vin in 2022

Its crazy what years in Hollywood do I guess... in WWE he actually let himself lose to Stephanie Mcmahon once I think.

Or maybe he learned from his time in WWE that if you are okay with losing, they'll have the bosses daughter pin you...so maybe that's what made him protective of his image in Hollywood? Who knows.

I almost want to open up this debate...because I feel like objectively the Xbone with the pc adapter is the ONLY pc controller one should choose for native support with most every game (meaning, when every game says press "X"...it will actually make sense what you have to press on the controller) and just in general the best one for working with PC.

The xbox console may be pointless... but its controller still feels like its definitely the premier one for PC

I stand in a grocery line about on average zero seconds... And my drive time is about the same.

I've seen all variations of good/bad from celebrities for years and just like the regular population there's a normal distribution of good/bad amongst them. The roles they play aren't even a factor...in fact some play different good guy/bad guy roles equally across all their movies...how is this a thing even considered?

If the actors were all similar to their roles Hollywood would be broken and dysfunctional place with psychos and insane emotional wrecks just running wild...they would never get anything done and there probably wouldn't be many movies released at all.

Gah, all too complicated. I'll just put a rattlesnake in my mailbox so they have to stay out. Physical mail is all dumb anyway.

Well, I'm mostly asking why the instructions are even there. Like, why does Amazon have that box to fill in if it's not going to matter?

I mean, surely Amazon above all realizes they've crushed the soul of delivery drivers everwyehere... And said drivers can't follow their directions... So why doesn't Amazon just take that option off for users?

I mean, unless it's just so Amazon can claim nothing is their fault when the complaints roll in.

I mean...they've pretty much translated "leave at door" to mean "shove in the mailbox" 100% of the time. Is there a reason that Amazon even lets me put those instructions on my address if there's never going to be any attempt to follow them?

I had Tall Midget and Wanded on my block list because they were sporting a white nationalist tagline as their signature, unblocked them last week when I saw they dropped the signature but I've got Wanded back on the block list after they revealed the Nazi's were too far to the left for them.

Also, I think 99% of us wear the seatbelts primarily because we don't want to get pulled over. Cops like to get people for that.

Honestly the Ps4, which I got a few years ago.

Then they just released many of the games I got it for on the PC. Which is I'd known they were going to do that I'd have just got them all on my PC.

Girls did come back to gaming...noticed stuff like Tomb Raider, Dead or Alive ect and got pissed off for some reason. Got about half of the companies to change but still probably didn't play those games regardless.
