I first-watched it as a 27-year-old Adult and it's just like my fraternity

You got Day 1s that you hang out with (Leorio, Kurapika) and you have people you meet later on that you're actually closer with (Killua).

Your teachers are always your teachers even when you surpass them. (Wing)

You go somewhere far away and different people do the same thing as you in different ways (Chimera Ants)

You will lose your women the same way you gain them (Palm).

Even the baddest people can be beaten in the right match up

The ultimate goal is to be as much of a man as your father was

You're closer to the people you spend the most time with than your family

Yep bike shorts are great and so are really good bibs on long rides.

You have to train yourself to have time in saddle. I stand up on the bike for 2 minutes every 10-15 minutes and it helps with circulation. You shift up in gear to give more resistance and pedal upright at a lower cadence. It typically helps you produce more power, bikers do that when climbing hills but it helps with blood flow. Wiggling your toes when warming up is also good.

My limit right now is about 3 hours but it gets better.

I think I'm doing the triathlon. Signed up for the hotel room. Probably gonna go alone.

Hit a bike route and then some today. Gonna undo all of this work by slamming some pizza and beer lol

I'm just seeing this. Amazing effort and elevation. My aim is to ride one mountain this year but I'm not sure when that's going to be.

Seeing that it's in the 60s in South Korea means it must have been a comfortable ride in terms of weather. Mine this afternoon was not.

10 sets of 5 deadlifts 235lb
2 sets of 20 squat 185lb

5 sets of 21 bench 135lbs
5 sets of 10 shoulder press 75lbs

48 minute row watching Konosuba & Date a Live

Set up a TV and headphones to my outdoor weight area and now I can lift while watching stupid shit, it's great. Did all of this watching the Konosuba Season 3 Dub during my day off post-ride. Absent-mindedly lifting is much better than sitting on my ass and drinking.

Very close to snatching my GF and doing a triathlon this Sunday one hour north from me. I want to see if my boss needs me to work because we really need the extra money and a virtual option is not terrible since I've already paid. I've done zero running training other than playing 2k while walking on the treadmill but my running folk say that it shouldn't be a problem to run a 5K early in the morning.

I need to start doing long runs though. My blood pressure is higher than normal and it's mostly because I'm not actually working out at the same level I did during the NBA regular season. Weight lifting doesn't have the same effect.

I got you. I normally watch older boxing matches that happened during childhood or that I never got to watch and hit the heavy bag when they fight. I made some improvements in my home that makes it possible to do heavy bag workouts w/o being mauled by mosquitoes so I'm probably going to get back at it very soon and add it to my leg day routine.

At 247. More muscle and a lot less fat. Gotta lift tonight during basketball rather than just drink wine and eat junk food

Felt great on my bike in terms of power and speed, but the heat hit me hard after about an hour. I wanted 20 miles outdoors but I'm gonna have to get the extra miles on Peloton or Zwift. My high end speed is improving a bit. Gotta do weights tonight and get six hours of sleep.

A good idea, I put a TV on a cart so I now can train indoors or outdoors or at a friend's place.

Started doing peloton classes with my Mom and whoo smokies is it expensive to do it regularly. $24.99 a month. That's a damn gym membership. She's currently doing them on the recumbent but I'm gonna get her to migrate to an upright soon and take my Father with her. I'll do the classes before or after work along with weights. It's enough exercise for a whole day but can also be the side dish on a full day of weights. Triathalon is gonna get rained out so I'm on the bike watching basketball and boxing this weekend.
