He's right. Does anyone really believe that Democrats want to be the party that strips Americans of a right? Of course not. They'd lose every election for the next 20 years. Now, when don't actually have the power to do anything, that's the time to yell the loudest. Being unable to do anything, they can point to the other side and blame them for effectively letting tragedies happen and refusing to stop them, which helps increase their odds come next election. This is political theatre 101.

Kind of funny you automatically assume I'm on the right. Seeing the situation for what it is doesn't mean ascribing oneself to a certain side. One would have to be delusional to not see this concerted effort from the left to attack and discredit him at nearly every turn. Plus, it's not a matter of figuring it out, as much as it is a matter of purposeful deceit (the guy that made the tweet and mediums going with it) and willful ignorance (the people that continue to believe it).

He wasn't arguing with a bot. His tweets were in regards to an article the guy wrote about him, in which he mentions the Twitter handle from the first result on Google when you Google the guy's name plus Twitter.

The fact that the guy in your tweet pulled up multiple quotes from the bot account, put them side by side in a picture in order to try and fool people into believing that there was a dialogue taking place when there had been none, plus the fact that you actually believed it, says a lot about yours and the left's intellectual ability.

Yes. You have to uncover all tiles of the city to actually be able to go into it. Specifically, the red ones. All locked towns that require hexes are always colored to a specific hex. They drop from certain enemies in chapters throughout the game, so basically it's a way to keep you confined to places where they want you to be.

In that pic, it's a 2nd amendment demonstration. 90% of the people there demonstrating have guns strapped to them. Secondly, it's not illegal to put your hand on your gun. So have you got everything set up? Did you get a mod sorter like LOOT or BOSS? Once you start getting more than a handful of mods, you'll also probably need Fallout 3 Edit to create merged patches and fix conflicts, if you haven't already.

Maybe I overstated the simpleness of modding Fallout 3. >_> There is a decent amount of stuff to read through and learn to actually get it set up with a bunch of mods, especially when you really don't have much experience doing it. If you wanted something easy, the Witcher 3 is pretty easy to mod.

IIRC, there's actually two intro movies that have some plot elements to them. You have to sit at the title screen twice in a row to see them both. The combat system is a bit complex at first, but once you learn the rules, it's pretty fun. Has a nice mix of strategy to it. Overall a good game, but a bit grindy.

Sounds like you just like being lazy and want everything instantly (or you're just new and overwhelmed by the whole process idk). Setting up Fallout 3 to run on modern PCs + Mods, is as easy as changing variables in an ini file, enabling more than 2gb of ram to be used, downloading a script extender, downloading a mod manager, and downloading and installing mods.

I mean, once you learn how to do it, most games follow very similar steps, so you'll never have to go through learning the initial concept again. Also, installing FOSE is not convoluted at all. All you have to do is download it, unzip it, and drop the contents in the correct folder that the readme tells you to. That's literally it.

So looking into a bit more, I came across a video from a couple of weeks ago ( https://youtu.be/e5gWl8suYuY?t=1m37s ) in which Gowdy mentions that he feels others should read all of the available intelligence, and that he's the only one that he knows of that has read through it all. The CNN host adds in that Jerry Nadler, a Democrat, told her that he has also read it.

But I also came across an article that says,
"Nunes, the chairman of the committee, brushed off news reports that accused him of not seeing the underlying documents as bogus.
He explained that the committee set up an agreement with the Justice Department that would allow just one person to review the documents.
"

http://thehill.com/homenews/house/372119-nunes-admits-he-did-not-view-the-surveillance-warrant-applications-that-form

So which is it? Anyone can set up an appointment to read FISA intelligence, or only one person? I can't find any other source that claims what Nunes said that about only letting one person review the intelligence, so I'm not too sure what to make of it. Thoughts?

That's assuming that usage will go up. Marijuana is so easily available that the people who want to use it... already do.

Regular Joes that use it aren't the ones that go to prison. 99% of the people that are in prison for drug charges, are there because of trafficking charges. And that's the actual statistic, not hyperbole. Around 47% of inmates in federal and state prisons are there because of, or in part to, drug offenses. Marijuana accounts for around 10-15% of that total IIRC. Legalizing marijuana would make a noticeable dent in the prison size.

From what I remember, the quickest a new seller can actually get the funds is 3 days after its been confirmed delivered. It can be quite longer if you don't do the stuff that they want you to do (ship with tracking and whatnot). They also take a percentage of the sale, as does PayPal if you use it, although I'm not sure what the fees are anymore (eBay was around 10-14 percent IIRC).

Earlier today, famed King of Kong Billy Mitchell was accused of being a cheater in a 2010 record on Donkey Kong. This evidence was laid out by Jeremy Xelnia Young, comprehensively, on both Twin Galaxies and Donkey Kong Forums.

Judges under Donkey Kong Forums have since removed Mitchells scores from their database, but Twin Galaxies is taking all precautions into consideration. Young opened up a dispute utilizing the Twin Galaxies Dispute System on August 28th, 2017. Initially, forum members had discussed it and it petered out by the end of November.

(Editors Note: Twin Galaxies Editorial and the Adjudication Team are completely separate entities. Although the Editorial Team investigates on their own, the decision lies entirely on the Adjudication Team and is not influenced by Editorial.)

Back in January, Todd Rogers 35 year old record was cracked wide open with detailed analysis from Eric Omnigamer Koziel, an official statement from former Twin Galaxies referee Robert T Mruczek, and well as several other forms of legitimate evidence in the case. In the end, all of Rogers official records were scrubbed from the Twin Galaxies database and he was banned.

With the recent rulings on Todd Rogers, currently opened cases have been scrutinized and re-evaluated more heavily by the forum members. Young came back to the same thread today with a thorough analysis of why he believes Mitchell lied, including detailed pictures and captured gifs for comparison. Many websites misinterpreted the information that Twin Galaxies had made an official ruling on Mitchell, wrongly stating that Young was a TG judge and that it had been officially ruled, to the point that his name is trending on Twitter during publication of this post.

Accusations include that Mitchell was using MAME, an open source emulator, to obtain the score instead of a real Donkey Kong machine and that frames from his submission may have been spliced together. The score in question places him 12th place in this particular track at 1,062,800 points, behind Robbie Lakemans recent 1st place ranking at 1,230,100.

The Twin Galaxies Editorial team reached out to the Twin Galaxies Administration and Adjudication team for clarification and an official word on the matter.

Twin Galaxies, they said, is in the process of fully reviewing the compelling evidence provided by Jeremy Young to support his current score dispute case against Billy Mitchell's Donkey Kong score. We will do this thoroughly and impartially. In the meantime, we will continue to observe this discussion by experts in the community and will also examine any further evidence that may be provided during this review period.

So, there is no official ruling that has happened as of yet on the Twin Galaxies Scoreboards, but the matter is carefully being considered. As they did with the Todd Rogers case, they are likely putting this under the microscope, gathering all evidence, and thoroughly examining the validity of all information provided before reaching a decision. The Editorial team will continue to follow the story as it progresses.

Is anyone surprised? I mean, Twin Galaxies hasn't made an announcement one way or the other, but the evidence looks pretty damning. Also doesn't help that one of Billy's judges for one of his top scores, was banned last month.
