Although hell they may rush to come arrest someone with no insurance. That being said, if the dude didnt have insurance then he almost certainly does not have the money to pay for the damages so Im really not sure there is much more your brother can do other than going through his own insurance and paying the deductible. Yes it sucks but its an unfortunate luck if the draw. Going after the other guy will almost certainly be an unfruitful waste of time. However if he does have the money to pay for damages then your brother should try to work with him as much as possible to let him correct his mistake. --- |
