I tried pure support Kayle but I don't have the runes or masteries at level 15 to run it right. Just doesn't work. I tried going Manamune first to cure Mana problems but that leaves me lacking on AP. Plus, as I've found out, if I play Kayle like Sion early game and go 2 Doran's and manage MP well, I'll be fine. So I settled on Doran>Doran+Tier 1 Boots>Guinsoo>Triforce>Hextech. (Tier 2 Boots in there somewhere) I know she's a crappy champion, but with the way the Q scales now I can harass ANYTHING at level 3. One Q does 180 damage and then they're slowed so the E just pours on the damage. I get close to creeps...MAKE IT RAIN...slow me then poke me in the face. Slowing with Parlay acts as a closer and allows them to get in range for the melee attack which continues slowing. At level 1, okay she's docile and won't do much. Around level 5 or so however, after some natural armor and health gain (she probably has flat armor seals as well), when she can blink to you and stun, plus heals over time from her W and Philo-Stone - that's when things go downhill. MF is a strong laning AD carry though. Double Up is great always and Make It Rain is good early. Your auto-attack does less and less until you pick up a big item like Infinity Edge to help out the damage, but you can compensate with damage from abilities. Always target the AP-heavy carry, because your passive will give you even more DPS OR your Q will shut them up long enough for your team to come help. Hide as often as possible, kassadin's pseudo-stealth in hiding behind a wall is his best ally. Jump + silence + vomit + W + jump out of there is just too good. Teamfights you'll be hanging off to the side, waiting to jump in a deliver your combo, then dash back out. Position yourself such that you can pick off the stragglers when they run back to base because he's easily one of the top chasers in the game. Don't get in over your head, and remember what his strengths are and where you need to be at all times. I was midding as MF against an Ashe and actually doing really well (I never killed her, but I did force her back to base several times and constantly last hit denied her), and the bottom lane of Rammus/Warwick was doing okay (Rammus was godly, but Warwick sucked), but the top lane lost its turret in under eight minutes and they died to Heimerdinger twelve times before the turret died. By the time we surrendered, Heimer was at 20-0-10. For the rest of the game, Rammus and I tried to pick up the slack, but Heimerdinger was just invincible, and all we could do was defend turrets from the others.
