I think we're supposed to believe Cole made it up to be a dick, but I'm not entirely sure.

Also I think what we're supposed to learn from all this is that Triple H is a huge fan of the number 250,000.

Normally those type of fines go to charity. And I get that they want to make it sound like these guys make a ton of money, but 250K is way overboard. The highest NFL fines are never over 50K.

Why I shouldn't get up to watch Raw before going back to bed after it finishes:

I had a dream last night where Ryder ended up in a 3-on-3 elimination match against Ziggler, Swagger and it might have been Ricardo Rodriguez. Ryder's partners? JR AND VICKIE. Furthermore, it was for the US title. Vickie beat Ziggler with a corkscrew moonsault, then JR eliminated Swagger with some kind of split-legged springboard leg-drop. Then Ryder won the US title by eliminating Ricardo with the Rough Ryder.

When I woke up it took me a good ten minutes to sort out what happened >_>

I feel like there's an Inception joke to be made here.

WWE performer Jonathan Fatu, 26, who wrestled as Jimmy Uso, was arrested at 3 a.m. last night in South Tampa on a DUI charge according to this morning's St. Petersburg Times.

Fatu, one of the twin sons of Rikishi who form a tag team, was arrested when, according to the police report, he was driving the wrong way down the street in a silver Mustang. He was given a Breathalyzer test which registered a 0.180 reading, more than double the legal limit.

It seems the WWE doesn't want the fans to boo Triple H according to a report by the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. It seems that the backstage interaction between Triple H and Alberto Del Rio 2 weeks ago when Vince McMahon's name was mentioned was to make sure Triple H was liked by the crowd.

McMahon was very upset and in a bad mood after his name was mentioned in the segment. The reason his name was written in to the segment was with the intention to show that Triple H was not aligned with Vince McMahon and that Triple H would be running things his way which is opposite to how a heel Alberto Del Rio wants things to be. There was also fear that with the interaction and rivalry Triple H was having with CM Punk, the fans would side with Punk and look at Triple H as a heel.

Always nice to see that the Triple H Clause is still in effect at WWE.

Roode/AJ was pretty good. I can't believe BFG is only two weeks out. They've really done a piss-poor job of building ANYTHING other than Roode/Angle and Hogan/Sting. Like, they have plenty of potential matches set-up, but most of them haven't really been sufficiently built at all.

Is it any surprise that they're afraid of making Triple H not look like the good guy in everything? The necessity to balance out face time between he and Punk is the whole reason that feud was kind of a stalling pattern for Punk when he should have been against a genuine top heel to firmly establish his place

ROH's first show basically did what a first show should do: it introduced the product, some of the characters, and it had two good matches. Nothing really mind-blowing but it did what it had to do.

Go check it out if you haven't yet!
