University police are currently conducting a search of the Oviatt library, which has been evacuated, according to the school. No arrests have been made and the individual's location is unclear. The university, which is located in Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley and attended by nearly 36,000 students and more than 4,000 faculty and staff, remains open.
