1. In this contest, you only vote for a game if you’ve played both games in its’ match. Both games. This is important. 2. You have to have played them yourself, physically. It's funny that I think I've voted Ever17 every round I could but it's not really one of my favorite games or anything. Just got a lucky draw. I mean, it's good, but it's possibly not even in the top 25% of the bracket for me.

it's probably the most overall liked VN that I know of
even stuff like Fate and Umineko have a bunch of big haters while Ever17 has maybe one or two I can think of off the top of my head

Huh. I hear people talk about Fate and Umineko often, but only recall seeing one topic about Ever17. Not like I paid much attention though, only computer VN I played was Tsukihime and only because one of the MPFC's hyped Chaos.
