The other two being Comm's substitute teaching and Jakyl's former job at USPS. And I guess I know SMuffin does something in the public sector or a government job or something. And I know there was another teacher on the board but I can't remember who atm. So clearly career is just even less important to me than gender. This doesn't mean the guys who stalk girls with dumb sex messages are in the right, because they're not. They are disgusting, shallow morons. Personally, I think it's a combination of lack of willingness to actually help them improve against opponents who care to win and tournaments in general being dominated by male competitors, so would-be female players feel isolated or are straight up shut down when they express interest in competing.
