... been fan-translated to a degree that they can actually be played, and enjoyed, from start to finish? All the projects I can find only seem to translate about half the dialogue, and usually leave stuff like menus, cutscenes and item names in Japanese.

I know FE6 has because I played through it back in the day

tried FE4 once and yeah only a few lines of dialogue were translated

FE4, as far as I know, has been fan-translated.

edit: I've played the fan-translated version. I haven't gotten far but everything outside of things that can't be translated (ie stuff that isn't text) is in English.

I haven't played the original (since it's in Mystery and Shadow Dragon), but apparently it's done now.

When I played Gaiden it wasn't totally complete, but apparently it is now. I wouldn't recommend it anyway.

Mystery of the Emblem was hacked by yours truly, and is complete sans a few minor things (like the job titles in the credits, or the stats in the opening class scroll).

Genealogy of the Holy War is complete except for the ending (available online) and the occasional odd end like chapter titles.

Thracia 776 goes up to the last few chapters in dialogue (available online); I seem to remember the menus not being totally translated.

Sealed Sword is complete, as far as I can remember.
