I do? Huh... Yes I know I shouldn't care so much about what people I don't even know do, but I've always been like that. I mean yeah I'm getting much better at not taking flame bait(or at least not being serious about it if I take it), but I still have trouble completely dismissing people(well MOST people), because I try to treat even horrible people as human beings with logic and emotion behind their actions. If I'm sad/disappointed over anything, It's over the thought that she could possibly get away with this scot free. Though that's mainly my cynical side speaking.

Also people doing stupid things have always irritated me for some reason. I'm guessing because western cartoons overdo it on the "mentally handicapped protagonist" thing, which makes me an elitist when it comes to this sort of thing I suppose because there is a certain quota of stupid I not only tolerate but enjoy(it's hard to resist a ditzy character).

Yep, actually Sooyoung of SNSD wrote them herself infact... And for the Chocolat song, she was only one of five people involved with the production. This girl is a nobody person and these comments pretty much ensure that she will remain a nobody...

Whereas Man City literally played in Portugal last week and Porto got severely punished for collective racism towards City's black players. Like I said, some scouse scumbag did that and got utterly destroyed for it. Whereas racism at Zenit St. Petersburg for example is accepted and nobody does a god damn thing about it. FIFA didn't act over that banana sign and the manager faces a fight to sign black players. Again, these are concepts so completely alien and abhorrent over here. In places like Spain thousands of people will monkey chant at black players at once. If you can find an example of something like that, where a thousand people in Britain's stadiums were overtly racist at once, then we'll talk.

Football fans in England are pretty racist against blacks. Sure, they're racist against others plenty, but they're most racist when it comes to blacks in football. Maybe they're not on par with Spain, but I'm not keen on having the varying degrees of racism be a tracked thing.

That's an attitude that was very true in the 80s. My dad himself admitted to being incredibly racist to Garth Crooks, and then doing a complete 180 on him when he signed for us >_>

It's been driven down to being far less of an issue on the whole now. I would never say there's no racism here but we are ahead of the continent on that matter.
