PC gaming was never better without altering games to enable them to play on your PC. Like, I was never able to go and pick up the PC version of FFX. That's a pretty big deal. The same applies to so many games.

Keyboard and mouse will always be better for fps/rts etc. You have better turning with a mouse versus dual analog (and more precision).

There are lots of console exclusives. Like, even if they're for PS3 and 360, there are games that will never be released on PC. So really you should own a console or two and a good PC.

this is actually not true at all. PC gamers have been loudly proclaiming that their control method is more precise for more than a decade. console FPS players just don't care about that, and like the way dual analog responds.

PC gaming murders console gaming, now that PC gaming offers a much wider variety of gaming than it did in the past with Steam and the like. The only thing consoles really have going for them anymore are ease of use, you don't have to install anything and every console has exactly the same specs so your games are guaranteed to work as intended, which is pretty nice I'll admit. But PC gaming is just more versatile and interesting nowadays.

To be honest though, most of my gaming now is either A) TF2, B) emulating classic games, or C) on a portable system, so the consoles just don't hold any interest for me anymore.

Also, man, it's like people don't know you can just buy a cheap USB controller. I have one. It cost like 20 bucks. Works great. There are some games where dual analog is preferrable (FPSes are NOT one of them), and I have a controller for that. That's not really a strength of console gaming.

PC (well, Windows) has innate input lag and the Capcom fighters have some whack vsync that makes the lag ridiculous. PC is horrible for fighting games, that isn't a close one.

The only ones that I don't know of being released on PC lately are MVC ones.

You could say Soul Calibur or Tekken, but note that I mentioned WORTHWHILE ones.

Oh MK9 is there, forgot about that.

Blazblue and Guilty Gear both have PC releases.
