Ross met Carol in or after college, right? And she was his first time having sex. But then in one (later) episode, Chandler claims that Ross had sex with the cleaning lady in college. That would have to be before Carol.

Some shows seem to retcon or disregard stuff that happens in the early episodes of the show. Scrubs does it, too.

In Season 8, J.D. has a flashback of the first time he supposedly told Turk about how hot Elliot was.
