I have missed the last 2 Casshern episodes. It seems like something I'd be more into if I watched more than 1 episode a week so I'll probably watch the full dub at some point.
Maybe... he pulled pink-haired girl away because he wanted the three of them to be friends?
I am loving Casshern so much. The soundtrack, the art, they even made "boring invincible hero" into an interesting concept by giving him no control over his actions.

I'm surprised Bebop is even doing that well since it has been on adult swim for several years. I can't recall it being taken off the network in a long time if at all.
After getting a bit further into all the shows, there's not really any doubt that DW and CS are inferior to the rest of the bunch, even though they're both good enough, but I guess that's too be expected.
Current ranking: Fullmetal Alchemist (10) > Cowboy Bebop (10) > Ghost in the Shell (17) > Bleach (8) > Deadman Wonderland (5) > Casshern Sins (5)

Also, about this. The thing is they have almost nothing they could replace it with.
Here's the anime they have the rights to:
Bleach (along with some movies) Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (they recently renewed it) Cowboy Bebop Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex (both seasons) Deadman Wonderland Casshern Sins Durarara (got it for another year) The Big O (season 2)
It seems like they no longer have the rights to FLCL (only six episodes anyways) and Inuyasha, though I can't say for sure. They did recently lose the rights to Kekkaishi though.

They're probably more intersted in Inuyasha: The Final Act though. I guess they could show some Inuyasha to hype it if they acquire it, but again, I'm not sure they have the rights.
Edit: I'm pretty confident they still have FLCL, but not too sure about Inuyasha.

Based off of the five episodes of each show so far, my rankings are now
Cowboy Bebop > Casshern Sins > Ghost in the Shell S.A.C. 2nd GIG > Deadman Wonderland >>> FullMetal Alchemist: Brotherhood >>>>> Bleach
So basically my only change is that Deadman Wonderland has not been the best show on the block, but has still been excellent. And also that I'm starting to actually dislike Bleach instead of just not caring for it.

I havn't watched CS since the first episode. I didnt really like it.
Also, Deadman Wonderland hasn't jumped the shark yet (episode 7). Episode 6 is... okay but when you see it you'll know it was obviously fitting in too much stuff into an episode
Yeah, I guess a couple of times makes enough sense. It's just... 26 episodes in exchange for 6... everything inside me as a former Nielsen employee is shaking its head right now. But you're right, it makes sense temporarily.
Inuyasha would be a good bet, IMO, given just how lengthy the damn thing was. I'm unfamiliar with Durarara, is it long?

17:13:48 so yea, we got toonami back on 17:13:56 and yes, you get the fantastic anime again now 17:14:04 and so. we have deadman wonderland at 12:30 premiering 17:14:22 it'll tide you over until you get helling this fall (blod and guts)
There has been a lot of typos in this so many people think that they're saying that Hellsing will air on Toonami after DW ends this fall.
Thoughts? Seems legit? Hellsing?
I personally wouldn't mind seeing Hellsing on, but I don't think this will be the case actually. I think they're more interested in newer shows. Just wanted to see what you guys think.
