I'll be honest. B/W2 seems underwhelming so far. They've moved forward in some aspects, but have moved backwards in others.

Still, I'll have a blast playing it when it comes out.

Lance > Blue > Cynthia > Alder > Steven > Wallace

I won't rank Iris until I play BW2, but there's no way she'll be worse than Wallace. Less deserving of championship, maybe, but no way is she worse.

Dude literally did not deserve to be champion. He literally got the position because the actual champion felt like wandering off and looking at stones. If anyone should have been promoted to champion by default, it should have been Drake - although, then we would have had two dragon champions and we can't have that.

Not really sure what's so underwhelming about B/W2 so far, but then, I didn't leap with crazy amounts of joy at information in any of the previous game reveals, so maybe I'm not really as qualified to make that sort of judgment.

So far the game sounds good -- just like the previous games.

I've never tried Piplup, but I very much liked Turtwig. Unlike other grass starters, it has a usable 2nd type with Earthquake and has in-game move synergy with Wood Hammer + Synthesis (or Leech Seed if you're into that).

Also Ash's Turtwig plays the drums so it's cool
