And this guy is still no closer to getting his body back or taking down the organization. Not that I personally mind; I think the show is fine as is. But I could definitely see how people would be bothered by it after over twenty years.

Finished up Masamune kun no Revenge, wonder if it'll get a second season. Not quite sure what to watch next, but 3 gatsu no Lion is probably it, but I'm hearing of a second season, so maybe not.

Rakugo and saiki kusuo no psi-nan, both highly acclaimed and underwatched.

I watched like 40 different shows this past 5 seasons, and these two are my favorite.

Does anyone here use aniDB? I started using Plex but it really sucks with anime files. So I found Shoko server and it has a plug in for Plex. It pretty much can manage your whole collection. It's currently hashing and downloading images to connect to my files metadata. I'll update you all later with my thoughts. It is gonna take a while.

I use Plex. I love it. Pretty much only use it to watch anime.

Do you use anything in conjunction with it to make Plex actually realize what most of it is? My deathnote folder thinks certain episodes are other moves like 21 days later. It's stupid lol. Once I get this running it should be good.

Superhero stuff share a lot of qualities with anime, and is thus the most anime thing in western media. It's no surprise that One Punch Man garnered so much popularity in the west.

OPM is in production for a season 2. If you didn't know, there's also several OVAs out, basically short episodes home video episodes bundled with the blu-ray's to boost sales. OVA's are usually worth checking out if you're a fan. Gotta find it in the internet or the physical piece of media itself.

I'll check out The Last Remnant, and maybe hitman. I might even check out Murdered: Soul Suspect. From what I read about it, the developer went defunct after making it, and they went in trying to make a game to appeal to the west by incorporating western and eastern game design philosophies.

They're all steam keys, so there's still a possibility to giving the leftovers away.

Yeah if you properly name the episodes using that naming scheme it fills in everything from episode description to original air dates and also gives it its original name.

I use Shoko server and Shoko for Plex. It did all the work for me, and didn't have to rename anything :D

Been watching Akiba's Trip. It's ok, but like expected it's not really blowing me away. Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu will be my next watch after I finish it up. Been looking forward to the show for a while.

Excellent choice. I finally picked up the hard copy a couple of months ago. Shame there will never be a 5, but there is always Lord of Magna (same developer).

New Game! is great. Nene is annoying, but Hifumi more than makes up for her (IMO).

@dragon504 I liked Akiba as a nice distraction. I knew it was stupid going in and, like Keijo, it's pretty self aware of its silliness. It's not bad. Just nothing groundbreaking.

It's like Oblivion in that if you level up bad (or level up characters you never end up using much), the game just straight up gets harder, and some bosses get new moves at certain level thresholds. I think the PC version toned it down some, but still.

Also you can get it for like $2.50 on steam sales usually lmao

I haven't heard of the game until today, and at glance, general opinion of it is mixed. It's obviously bad game design, but this whole flaw makes the game seem more interesting to me. Challenge accepted.

There's a whole lot of JRPG's that I haven't played from the 21st century, but I would call myself a seasoned gamer. I'll see to it that I don't shame myself from getting softlocked from flawed game design.

I got all the achievements on the 360 version, so everything in the game is definitely doable. You just have to know what is best to fight. Generally though, skipping battles is advisable.

IIRC, I picked up the 360 version of The Last Remnant for about $5 U.S. Paid the same for Infinite Undiscovery. At least the 360 had (non-Final Fantasy) JRPGs.

And Steam got me again. The prices for Root Double and Memory's Dogma were too good to pass up. Especially for Root Double ($9.99 U.S. instead of $34.99 U.S.). Also got Battleship Bishojo by Silver Cow Studios -- same dev who did Burokku Girls and Time Tenshi, if you happen to be a big oppai fan.

Semi-related: The dev behind Panzermadels is doing another game in the same vein (i.e. a dating sim), but ... attack helicopters instead of tanks. *nods* Welcome to 2017. You can date everything.

Related note, I'm really fond of dyed grey hair. Only reason there's stigma attached to it is because of age, but it's really contrasting when someone who is clearly not old have a head entirely grey. It has a natural beauty feel to it.

Whew caught up on the topic. Ok guys, this anime sale on steam is too big, give me the rundown of whats actually a good deal. Not really interested in the VNs (especially since steam usually has some obnoxious watered down version with censorship) but theres a lot of actual games as well. Several of the nep nep spinoffs (hyperdevotion noir, hyperdemension nep nep U: action game), theres plenty of games I've only vaguely heard of as well. Do the PC disgeaes have anything over their emulatable counterparts? Hows rabi ribi? Sakura dungeon? Fairy fencer F? Conception 2? God eater 2 rage burst (especially compared to MH, I remember not liking or finishing the first god eater)? Recettear: item shop tale? Dragon quest heroes? Tales of symphonia is 5 bucks if anyone was looking to get that, no idea if the port has been fixed since i know it was shitty at release. Damn, kindred lesbian ghosts on the roof, the only VN i was kinda interested in is still over 25 bucks, maybe some other time.

There is a game called "panty party" labeled as psychological horror. Wtf. One of the reviews is "its like I ingested a tinge too much cyanide and I am experiencing brain death...but in a good way. I like it". Seems to be a game where you play as a pair of panties and shoot lasers at other sentient panties. There was also an unamused anime girl in there somewhere.

Theres too much on sale guys. What do I do?
