Arrow's cast is the reason it was so easy for me to drop the show. When I did, Ollie and Thea were all I really had left and it's not like I loved em.

It's bizarre because I actually had lots of characters I liked in Arrow, but they all left in sone way and only the bad ones remain.

It's going to be midseason. CW released their fall schedule. Supergirl's staying on Monday, Flash and Legends are staying on Tuesday, but Arrow's moving to Thursday at 9pm. Riverdale's returning in the fall in Arrow's current spot (I don't think there's been any word on episode count). iZombie again being held to midseason.

They're also saying that currently Black Lightning isn't being considered part of the Arrowverse, but acknowledge things could change.

It will. It didn't this time because scheduling conflicts couldn't really allow for it. Arrow, Flash, and Legends all had planned black out dates allowing the actors to have time to film for the other shows, but Supergirl didn't because things were more hectic with the move to Canada and whatnot. They will for next season.

Good guess I heard about how Flash will turn out next week:

It wasn't Iris who died, it was HR using the magic disguise gizmo. Big clue was that "Iris" had her ring which we saw her give to Joe earlier. And nicely clears the board for next year's new Tom Cavanagh character.

I'm also gonna guess that Malfoy sacrifices himself to save Cisco so we can keep the tradition of Caitlin's annual dead love interest.

I have a better theory:

It was Joe, not HR. That's why the Joe on the roof never fired, why 'Iris' has the ring (Joe had it), and why Joe on the rooftop is so distraught - It is Iris. It also goes along with the theme of Barry's parental figures not knowing how to stay alive.

As for Arrow, I don't inherently hate the concept of Ollicity. If the writers can put them back together and this time just be like "hey they're together and this time they're going to stay happy together and that's that", I'd have no real reason to be against it. So for the time being, until the writers totally blow it, I'm not going to be a negative nanis and whine and bitch about it before anything even goes wrong.

That is the question. I'm assuming it happened during the Speed Force bazooka shenanigans. "No one was looking!" Kinda weak but that's all I've got. I'd say Wally helped but his leg was broken.

But that has to be what happened.
1. They reminded us about the disguise thing, and how good it is (fools a retina scan!), during the ARGUS break-in. So we shouldn't be surprised that Savitar was fooled.
2. HR wasn't in the sniper position like in the previous future, Joe was. Why did they show us HR before if that change wasn't important?
3. "Iris" had the ring which she specifically gave to Joe earlier. How would she have it, unless it was part of the disguise projection?
4. HR focuses on the broken Savitar spear at the end of the scene where he feels guilty. He's making a plan and showing us what it will be.

Now that you mention Wally, his excuse for being sidelined isn't even a good one. Barry could just take him to some other point in time and let him take as long as he needed to heal up, then come back and hooray he can fight again.

Also it would've made way more sense to take Iris to Supergirl's Earth for even more extra protection. Pretty sure Cisco could've taken Wally there. Or you know, even on Earth 2 just going literally anywhere else besides staying mere feet from the entrance point would've been a pretty good idea too. >_>

That's all I really want from Arrow at this point. And no Olicity, because it's just a bad relationship, and when it's not bad it's just so uninteresting. They tried it once and it sucked. Why should they get another chance with it? They demonstrated in that one episode a couple weeks ago that they can't make them interesting at all. And Ollie isn't allowed to call Felicity out on anything for some reason.

I feel like Barry hasn't learned much of anything. Also their plans were so poorly prepared. They knew when and where this would happen for months. Nobody got Jesse to help out. Nobody thought to come up with any other sort of like anti-Speedster traps like they used before (sure they basically all failed, but they could've stalled time a little at least). You'd think you'd have everything at your disposal ready to go because 3 Speedsters trying to take him on at once is a hell of a lot better than 1

2) Put a call in to John Constantine.

3) Run to the future and recruited himself from a year from now. Then recruited himself from two years from now. Then recruited himself from three years from now. Etc.

4) Sicced the Timewraiths on Savitar's ass.

5) Call in Pied Piper for more support team help.

6) Put a call in to Ragman.

7) Put a call in to motherfucking Supergirl.

8) Sent Iris to Earth-19. Or 18. Or 17. Or 16. Or 15...

9) Call the fucking Legends.

A lot of these are correct, but not all of them. I'll comment on this one though.

Savitar was created because Barry used him and threw him away because he was out of the time stream. So if Barry went to the future, we know he's already be a pathetic sad sack because Iris is dead in the future, and then in their future, if they save her, their timeline would be obsolete and he'd literally just be creating more relaxed pissed off versions of himself.

But Ragman doesn't have powers now. Supergirl is kinda busy right now. No matter what Earth Iris was on, Savitar would still find her. And I don't think they could convince Constantine to help, unless the Savitar mcguffin was magic related and they told him he could have it after. (Because it seemed like he wanted nothing to do with Ollie on his Arrow episode until he was promised a trinket)

Otherwise, yeah. Those are practical.

This isn't necessarily true. The shows are not perfectly simultaneous. If they were, Legends would have bled into every other show with the Spear of Destiny.

And in regards to Constantine, quite honestly, Constantine would probably help if it wasn't that difficult to handle. This Constantine does have a bit of goodness in his heart (based on the other show on NBC), and he'll assist in a major case if it doesn't cost him too much time or effort. Motherfucker could also just lend someone the Helm of Fate which is gathering dust on his mantle.

If that's some sly dig at the quality of comics writing, you probably picked the wrong title for it. Flash is one of the few titles that was consistently good over the course of decades, and the continuity in Flash was one of the few that wasn't destroyed consistently.
