Personally, I remember arguing Jigglypuff should have everything from the pokedex and anime. People wouldn't take my view. Hard to argue the pokedexs shouldn't be considered though they do all retcon themselves time and time again. Which is why mercs should refer to a specific game For example if it is Ruby Red Jigglypuff then he should have all his moves and refer to that pokedex.
