Sonic and Tails. Not sure which game that actually was.

It's surprising that I actually got into video games, because I didn't care much for the game itself. I was just wowed at controlling something on a TV screen and the whacky creatures and colors.

Although, we also had a PICO but I barely ever got to play it and I don't remember much about it.

My earliest gaming memories are of Disney edutainment games for PC, that as of yet I have not been able to find online.

What I was able to find, of memories dating back to the same time is a point and click adventure based around all kind of fairy tales. (Mother Goose is the name that jumps into my mind, but I am not entirely certain)

Old edutainment games are definitely hard to find online, whether it be buying them or simply finding out the name of something you played when you were a kid. A lot of websites don't acknowledge that certain games exist.

Seems I just found a treasure trove on Youtube. Donald's Alphabet chase looks very familiar and the title I am seeing on the right, Goofy's Railway Express, sounds like it could be my earliest videogame memory.

Yep, it is it. This is my earliest videogame memory.

Mickey's 123 the Big Surprise, yes... Just found my three earliest gaming memories I was never able to find in one guy.

Although there was also that Tom and Jerry game, but I already found that one a long time ago with ease.

Yeah, I can see that. There were a lot of those kinds of games that I wouldn't even be able to begin thinking of what they would be called. From old PC games to games that were on their own standalone hardware.

no idea. I think but am not sure that Frogger was the first one I *saw*, and knew immediately that I liked what I saw.

my only guess for which one I actually played first is Venture on Colecovision. but it could also have been any Coleco game, Atari game, original Macintosh game, or TRS-80 game.
