Its 10 feet.
They both walk away from each other so you have to double the numbers. They both make an L shape. Imagine a rectangle where the top and bottom are 8 feet long and the sides of the rectangle are 6 feet. The distance from one corner to the other diagonally across from it is 10 feet. --- "I've never in my life wanted to punch a girl like I want to right now" - Light Yagami NNID: LLBCrook - PSN: ZBugCrook ... Ducky, you are too easily impressed.
8 feet is the seemingly correct "trap" answer. A little sneaky, but not too hard to avoid that trap. 14 feet would make a lot more sense as a wrong answer choice than 15 feet, though, by adding all of the numbers. No idea how you'd get a wrong answer of 15 feet. --- Who's your favorite character from "Bend It Like Beckham"? And you can't say Beckham. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I did it with 2 triangles. They move 4 feet away turn left then move 3 feet. 3^2+4^2=25, so the diagonal distance from the start point is 5 feet, since they moved in the same manner you double that and get 10 feet.
