They're not really "the most b8" Black Turtle was pretty nasty about the whole thing but he had a point when he said b8 tended to move from one relatively niche favourite to the next. That's been a clear characteristic of b8 as long as I've been here, so I think the "most b8 game" would have to be one of those niche favourites. The main ones I remember are Phoenix Wright, TitS, Tales of Symphonia was huge for a while, and loads of others I'd probably remember if I wasn't so tired. You could also make an argument for Chester, especially after the 2013 contest ("Chester as a unit of measurement" still cracks me up).
