My client has been eliminated from the Ultimatum tournament after a close match with ZeroSignal. All props go to Zsig, who managed to hand The Devastator his first meaningful loss in a very long time. Alas, the devastation does not end there, UCA. No, it has only revved up into third gear as we inch ever closer to the end. You see, a tournament win here was never the plan, and as such, a loss in the quarterfinals changes nothing. When I last came out here, I outlined exactly what my client's thoughts were. The Devastator turned down an offer to relinquish his MELEE MAYHEM title for a guaranteed Undisputed Championship title shot for a variety of reasons. He wanted to continue his path of devastation as champion. And he will. He wanted to kick Solio's ass for the upteenth time. And he will, if the admins allow it. And most importantly of all, he wanted to become the Undisputed Champion one final time before it's all over, and he will, just not right now. The devastation train is moving at full speed with no plans of stopping. So buckle in.
