Sorry, I just like using that gif to poke fun at the show. I know Berserk is a really popular manga, but it's popular for the #1 reason I would hate an anime series: being mindlessly bloody and gory. I won't just say "Berserk sucks and the people who enjoy it are awful people" because that would be rude and mean. So I found my way to gently mock the show without insulting its fans and their tastes, which is using that gif of the bad CGI from the 2016-17 adaptation.

Berserk's popularity is more due to the characters and Miura's artistic ability than just the "blood and guts".
