19 y/o Brazen Hussy Nikki Yovino, a former Connecituct College Student accsused of lying about being raped by 2 african american university football players to get sympathy from the REAL boy she liked has rejected a one year prison sentence deal offered by the judge!!

Nikki is going all the way to trial after prosecutors first offered a 2 year prison deal and then a judge gave a 1 year prison offer as she would rather take her risks with a jury and now faces 6 YEARS in Prison if she loses!!

The trial is now set for February 21 as her case involved an October 2016 party when she accused 2 Sacred Heart University football players of sexual assault but the players said that the sex was consensual and police said she later admitted to making it up after witnesses said SHE was the minx who lured the men into the bathroom to engage in Sex and overheard her asking the men to have Sex.

She lied because she really wanted to get the boy she liked jealous and was worried he was losing interest in her so she made it up to get him to feel bad for her..

Now Nikki is CHANGING her story and said that the 2 football players sexually assaulted her despite the mounting evidence against her from witnesses and is taking her story to the jury to decide her fate.

She is charged with second degree falsely reporting an incident and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence to police.

That wasn't the story before. It's that word was getting around to the guy she liked that she went to have sex with these two guys, so she lied and said they forced it on her so he wouldn't think she was a slut or something.

What a fucking joke. Got offered a nothing 2 year sentence which was already a better deal than her victims would've ever been offered, then a judge tries to offer her an even better deal of 1 year (seriously, wtf?!) and she turns that down, too.
Must be nice being a white female in our judicial system.
Watch her not even get close to the 6 year maximum despite all she's done and all the lies.

Good. That lying bitch should be sentenced to a longer stint in prison to deter other false allegations which not only ruin lives but also tie up the courts and cast aspersions against real victims.

...because this is a plea deal. It's to avoid a case going to trial because trying cases eats up a lot of time and creates a lot of court costs. She still has to be found guilty by the courts which, even with all the evidence condemning her, could take days or even weeks.

That's not the judge, it's the prosecution-the opposing counsel. If they agree, then everyone still goes to court perfunctorily, everyone says their respective guilty pleas and acceptance of the deal and then sentencing begins.

This is what happens when people don't have a fucking clue what is going on.

Judges don't make plea deals. Prosecutors do. The person agrees to plea guilty in exchange for a lower charge.

if we prosecute them it's more likely innocent people will end up in jail

It allows the government (prosecutor) to make deals when they feel it is worth it.

Falsified rape accusations deserve a similar sentence to the actual thing. 6 years to begin with, is fucking laughable.

Granted, it's just worth noting that judges have some measure of say in plea deals because they can choose to reject a plea (even if the defendant has already accepted it)
