Here's an unpopular opinion: I'm actually not at all concerned about innocent men losing their jobs over false sexual assault/harassment allegations.

And more importantly: The benefit of all of us getting to finally tell the truth + the impact on victims FAR outweigh the loss of any one man's reputation.

Sorry. If some innocent men's reputations have to take a hit in the process of undoing the patriarchy, that is a price I am absolutely willing to pay.

If I lost my job because of a false allegation and they refused to hire me back even though it was proven false, I wouldn't care because that's the exact point I don't give a fuck about my employer anymore.

Maybe she meant, "Yes, now that women are being taken more seriously when they accuse men of rape, men technically have a higher chance of getting in trouble due to a false allegation. But I think that, if the usual procedures of the justice system are followed, the danger of false allegations is still so small that it's outweighed by the ability to punish more rapists who deserve it. Obviously a false conviction is always a serious matter, but you can't eliminate them entirely without letting people get away with all crimes." At least I hope she meant something like that.

I wouldn't want to work anywhere that thinks I'm horrible without evidence either.

Unfortunately with the shitty society we live in today whenever a rape claim is made against a male and his name gets put on public record society automatically judges the male as guilty until proven innocent, even after innocence has been proven many people will still see the male as a rapist.

The majority of employers will act that way as well, you say you'd find another job, good luck actually getting employed by someone when you have something shit like that hanging over your head, innocent or no, any prospective interviewer/employer will see you as a massive liability and refuse to have any association with you.
