I hear the gameplay feels very SMT, which is good. My big worry is that it's mobile. What kind of Microtransactions we looking at? Is there a heavy push for using real people money, or one where you don't need to spend a dime?

Basically from I can see, gacha rates are downright awful, but you can fuse your demons instead. It's just very costly.

And apparently you can die in the tutorial.

I will tell you that swordz NEVER spends on any of these games and he's usually able to get through them just fine.

...It just takes people pointing things out to him.

Another thing I should point out is that the games looks to be horrendously optimized. So it could play terribly on your device.

Ive got no interest in SMT mobile. I already play enough mobile games though. Most of them you can do fully f2p from my experience, but of course all the stuff youd want is gonna be super rare to tempt you to spend. They arent really worth spending on with how much it costs to do summons.

Oh, bad pull rates doesn't sound that good. I play to use my favorites. It's what I like about Girl's Frontline, the Microtransactions are just cosmetics, and all the characters are easily available, so I can focus on getting and using my favorites without worry.

The one that feels like it got cancelled that always surprises me is Yu Gi Oh.

Final Arc felt really rushed compared to the previous major arc. Makes it feel like it was canned, though at least it went on to have a good life post YGO manga.

One of Horikoshi's previous works was one of my most "disappointed this got canceled" series but then we got My Hero so it was worth it.

while we're on the subject of manga I have grown to hate it recently

especially when it comes to scanlating and localization

excited to buy a volume one, turns out 6 months later the sales are bad and you're left with an incomplete collection because the publisher drops it

excited to start a niche title, scanlating group is slow as fuck and drops it 4 chapters into a 6 chapter manga

this is why I only read the vanilla shit that mangastream and Jamini Box releases

More like Takahashi realized he was raking in so much money thanks to Konami, and wanted out in the manga writing so he can have an early retirement.

This is why you learn french and then don't have to worry about this for most non Light Novel series.

Also if you have 5 minutes, look up a WSJ series called Zan.

The art is next level bad and the plot is poor to boot.

Angels of Death ep1 - oh hey Bakugo is playing the crazy scythe guy. He sounds way better when hes acting psycho than he does in MHA. Pretty predictable turn of events for a first episode, but I was entertained.

Cells At Work ep2 - I love how the white blood cells just murder everything. The platelets are moe as fuck and the comedy is pretty good too. Man Im so glad this show is delivering.

Surprise Spring Ep1s

Hinamatsuri ep1 - I was the one guy who didnt like the premise of this series since it gave me bad vibes of all the other bad shows where a girl forcefully lives with the MC. Well I feel like I was sorta right because this wasnt too great, but it was a little bit different from what I expected. It wasnt funny at all though and thats a pretty huge negative for a comedy, but all comedy is subjective so what can ya do.

Golden Kamuy Ep1 - Immortal Sugimoto what a badass. This stuff with dead prisoners having tattoos on their bodies that lead to a hidden stash of gold is nice, but not as nice as the bear. I saw it before, but XFD it looks even more amazing when you watch the show. Anyways I think I heard this adaptation sucks so I probably just wasted time, but whatever this episode was pretty damn good.

Comic Girls Ep1 - This was cute. Main girl is useless, but the rest of the girls seem good. Blonde who cant draw guys and has never been in love, but seems to have fallen for another girl who draws shounen manga. That girl is pretty cool and even acted chuu2 for a bit. A flat mature beauty type who draws porn aka the greatest thing anybody could ever draw. Good stuff!

Megalo Box Ep1 - what a cool show. I think Im gonna marathon this shit right now.

So I guess Im watching anime again. What a nostalgic feeling.

I've actually been going back to watching anime with continuing Citrus, but it's like 1 episode a day, so it's slowly going.

Also started Today's Menu for the Emiya Family. Glad I went with the superior cooking anime!

Sad you didn't like Hinamatsuri but yeah, comedy is subjective. Golden Kamuy also isn't bad if you have no plans to read the manga. Megalobox is a solid choice too, though.
